What’s it like to alight from your vehicle and arrive here, right at the foot of an awesome mural wall that stands at 8 feet tall and stretches up to 100 feet long? The wall mural depicts a Chinese treasure of “Qingming Shan He Tu” or “scenes along the river during the Qingming Festival”. Welcome to the U & U Mansion, the Ultimate Utopia Mansion. Greet your other visitors as they drive through the three 22-feet large sliding gates with a circular driveway. They’re in for a very pleasant surprise!

Furnished with 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, a resort pool, a huge kitchen, a karaoke room and automatic gated driveway, the interior lets you in to more ultimate splendor. Decorated with traditional Chinese art design that’s hand-painted, you’re in for a classic abode that blends traditional East Asian and contemporary style.

For a restful sleep, the bedrooms take you to a land of blossoms with its wall art designs. All bedsheets are eighteen hundred thread counts for your utmost comfort. Watch your favorite TV shows on a large HD flat screen TV linked to cable. And in the common areas, you can still stay tuned to your TV programs where several large TV sets are located.

After taking a shower with space age shower heads, dry up with bath towels that are fresh, new and soft.

And for an ultimate happy place such as the U & U Mansion, there must be a feast every day to celebrate such a wonderful and grand vacation dwelling. The kitchen is equipped with brand-new high appliances such as a Ninja blender, Keurig, electric hot water kettle, including 3 ovens, 2 microwaves, 8 stove tops, 3 large refrigerators, and a huge kitchen island with multiple sinks. The kitchen is a full designer kitchen with more than 10 feet of islands enough to have guests mingle in the area. There are 2 dishwashers, 3 ovens and 8 stove burners in this kitchen.

Great food can be served outdoors as the outdoor kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner BBQ, industrial work burner, huge 20 chicken rotisserie and an industrial sink for large crowds.

Of course, for your wellness needs, enjoy the perks of a heated pool, a waterfall, slide, a cave and spa inside with mist to cool you down during the day. The vast outdoor space allows groups to converge in any of the 4 courtyards, a front yard and backyard. There are 4 functional gazebo areas with a table, chairs and a couch as well.
For more fun, the Gaming Room has a football table, a double-shot basketball ring and an exercise running machine.

50th birthday weekend extravaganza!!!

I have stayed in other properties and NONE COMPARES!!! I booked the stay for my 50th birthday and wanted a place where my family could all be together. The house is spacious enough to where everyone had their own private space, and you could not hear each other in our separate quarters. The house is, well-maintained, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The pool is beautiful, everything worked perfectly. Friday night we had Chef Kono for our Teppanyaki dinner and Chef Kelly for breakfast. It was absolutely amazing! I have to say the best part was Brooke the host. She is extremely nice and very responsive. She goes above and beyond. We will be staying in one her properties every time I have family out!!

Our 50th wedding anniversary celebration

We loved the home we rented for our family to celebrate our anniversary. Brooke was so easy to work with and very accommodating to our needs The home was spacious enough for all of us to have our private bedroom spaces. The landscaping was gorgeous, kitchen amazingly spacious, pool, hot tub and backyard area breathtaking, and front gathering spaces so relaxing. The gated security system enhanced our safety and the game room and playground were wonderful for our grandkids. Our family LOVED the karaoke room!!!! There is an empty lot on the side and we think it would be an amazing putting green Just a few minor suggestions: More forks, there were only 10 and we had 19 total: plenty of everything else Extra wash clothes in bathrooms: plenty towels and hand towels Trouble working toilets with the bidets Trouble with hot tub staying warm at night: we had to call Brooke once to get it restarted Suggest a guestbook with simple instructions then we wouldn’t have to call Brooke We loved our stay and would rent again without hesitation!!
