The stay was amazing, house was clean, the house had everything we needed it was nice and cozy. I would recommend this property to my family and friends. Only one little downside was neighbors dogs were constantly barking.

Overall it was a very nice stay. Everything was clean and fresh. The garage is too tiny for anything larger than a sedan. Unfortunately some of the neighbors had constantly barking dogs on our last night

Great spot for the week

We were in Tucson to help our freshman get situated at the University of Arizona. Great place for mom and dad to set up base camp for the week. Communication with the host, check in, and proximity to surrounding stores, groceries, mall, etc. worked with short trips to and from the condo. Comfortable, clean, and a great place to start the day and relax at the end. We will return and thanks!

This property is well taken care of. This was our second time at this location and would have little hesitation about staying here again. Their neighbor does have a barking dog. That is the only bummer.

Well laid out town house with garage

We had plenty of room and enjoyed the amenities. The vintage look refrigerator is really cute! The handles are stiff so we just pulled on the frame. Microwave is super powerful! Everything we needed was provided. One neighbor has barking dogs which we could hear downstairs. The other neighbor feeds the many doves so that was annoying. The owners are fantastic! The beds were so comfy I got really good sleep (upstairs).

Nice Home extremely clean.

Our experience was mostly positive. The home was very clean and well appointed. Our host was very attentive to our needs and requests. The only downside was neighbors with barking dogs. One neighbor let their dogs bark all night long. After a few complaints to our host, the situation seemed to get rectified and all was mostly quiet for the rest of our trip. We loved the townhome/condo other than that incident and would recommend this highly recommend this location just as long as they can keep the dogs under control.

Prince Tucson

The overall look and feel of the condo was similar in decor and furnishings to a mid-priced business hotel--somewhat generic--and I found the king-sized bed quite comfortable. Everything (TVs, coffee makers, furniture, etc.) was in good working order, although the WiFi was a bit slow for full-time work linked to my office servers. Nevertheless, the printer/scanner worked fine and paper and ink was provided (and the paper shredder was a nice touch). We give the property 5 stars because it was pretty much exactly as advertised, priced appropriately and Karina was an excellent hostess, even though we communicated only via email. Location was perfect for us due to proximity to family members who live in Tucson. We would gladly return and likely will do so within the year.

The house was very comfortable and clean. It had all the basic kitchen equipment, and the bathroom was a delight. The pool, a short walk away (under 5 mins) was usually very quiet and a huge bonus in the Arizona heat.

Wonderful Stay

Everything was as advertised- Very clean and comfortable. The condo was easy to find and was in a great central location. Neighborhood felt very friendly and safe. Check-in & Checkout was beyond easy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

For starters you are right by the famous Tucson Rillito River Walk, where you can bike, skate, run, or walk your way through Tucson while enjoying the views of the Catalina Mountains! You are also within distance of the historic Tucson Racquet Club and a straight shot to the Tucson International Airport while incredibly central to most activities and locales in our beautiful city.

What makes this property unique

This property has recently been remodeled with new energy efficient windows to keep out unwanted noise and heat to make your stay more comfortable! To keep our kitchen in your memories the appliances have a retro look for that extra bit of charm. The televisions are all Smart Tvs with many apps such as Netflix for your digital enjoyment. The common areas are well kept with a pool in the middle of those hot Arizona days!
