Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located townhouse , 2 Bedrooms 1 Bath, Bring your entire family or Travel with colleagues & friends, Sleeps 6. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place near Charles River, Harvard University, MIT, Cambridge and Boston Downtown. Bus routes in walking distance to Boston Downtown or Cambridge. Restaurants and shopping at Arsenal Mall.
2 good sizes Bedrooms located on the second floor with a comfortable Queen Bed in the master , a full bed and a queen bed complete de second bedroom.
Please note the only bathroom is located on the first floor.

Things to Note

Your host provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, body wash, shampoo , conditioner, etc.. Starter supplies are NOT unlimited supplies but there are multiple grocery stores nearby.

We do not subscribe to any cable TV service, but have smart tv that you can access your subscriptions.

No smoking of any kind inside. $300 fee charged for smoking inside.

Watertown Stay

The location was convenient for visiting Boston. We appreciated the parking space. Rental was clean and roomy. Comfortable family room. Great nearby restaurants (Halva Kebob, 5-minute walk was excellent.) Cute back deck too!The interior stairs to the bedrooms are very steep. Neighbors share the driveway and their yard is full of junk; it is pretty unsightly. Also the same neighbors have multiple dogs that bark out a window directly across from the bedroom. Kitchen could use a colander but otherwise it was nicely stocked.

Nice stay

This was a nice stay for BC graduation. Not far drive to BC and lots of restaurants nearby. Very clean and great communication from owner. AC units are okay. 1 fan in bedroom. If staying at a hotter time, could use more fans. If owner wanted to make any upgrades I would say to add ceiling fans. Mattresses were great. My daughter said she had a great night’s sleep. Stairs are very steep to bedrooms. Older guests would not do well. Nice deck area but small yard is covered with ant hills. I wouldn’t recommend letting kids play in the yard. Overall I was happy with the stay.

Excellent property for our family

This townhome was excellent for our visit to Boston. The property was very nice, well renovated. The immediate area had a Panera, Dunkin, CVS and many other local restaurants within walking distance. The owner was very responsive. We contacted for a minor issue, she responded within minutes and had it resolved within hours. It was our family of teen kids, wife and I. We were at an event at New Balance Track in Allston, not too far from Harvard. Which was a very inexpensive Uber. Downtown to the townhome too was an inexpensive Uber, as was the airport. The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. First floor had a very nice living room, kitchen with modern appliances and a very nice bathroom. The stairs are a little on the steep side. There was a small deck with table, chairs and a grill with a small yard. We didn’t use, but would be something we would have used during warmer months. All and all, we very much enjoyed one of the nicest cities that I have been to and this townhome was a good part of the enjoyment.

We were here to move daughter to Boston College. Eccentric place for us to stay very close to apartment. Thanks for a great place.

Very Clean and Neat Place

Gave this place 5 stars overall. It is very clean, the beds are very comfortable and linens are fresh and clean, kitchen is well stocked, ease of getting in and out. The host is very responsive and helpful. We will stay here again and we highly recommend it.
