Welcome to Winter Park VIII Condominiums (Jack Frost Court), a quiet community in Naples, FL. This very spacious, completely furnished condo offers a master queen bedroom with bathroom en suite, guest queen bedroom (Murphy bed), guest full bathroom, kitchen includes: a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and many small appliances, dishes, utensils, pots & pans, all linens (towels, sheets, etc), TV in both living room and master bedroom. WiFi, no cable but is available. Blu-ray, VHS players and many many DVD/VHS movies. The condo is on the second floor, end unit overlooking grassy areas front and back. There is one designated parking space and one guest space. His and her bicycles.

Walk to Publix grocery, restaurants, hair salon, massage, dry cleaners, Goin' Postal and more in Kings Lake Square a block away. Also, biking and walking trails.

The community features a clubhouse, a very large heated pool, chaise lounges, tables & chairs, tennis, bocci, and pickleball courts.

Just a short drive (2.6) miles to Naples Zoo, Downtown Naples ~ 5th Avenue, Naples beaches and Pier (no license required if fishing from Pier), Tin City, Naples Botanical Garden, Farmers Market on 3rd Street, Coastland Mall, as well as other wonderful dining and shopping experiences. Fabulous consignment stores abound. Truly an ideal way to spend your vacation.

Availability ~ November 9, 2023 to December 31, 2023 & April 1 to April 30, 2024

$135.00 per night plus Florida Tourist tax, state tax and HOA non-refundable application fee of $150.00, plus $50.00 per person for background and credit check for guest approval.
Management requires 30 days for guest approval, so please take this into consideration when booking your reservation.

Cleaning fee: $150.00
Security/damage deposit $350.00. Refundable upon inspection of the condo.

Cancellation policy ~ 100% refund (minus $150.00 application fee plus $50.00 per person background and credit check fees) if canceled at least 60 days prior to check-in. No refund if canceled less than 60 days prior to check-in.

Lovely condo and area.

Winter Park is a beautiful property. The condo and neighbors were lovely. We would definitely stay here again. The management office and amount of paperwork to complete required patience. David, the condo owner was so helpful and did so much for us to enjoy our stay.

Great place

Naples was absolutely beautiful. Our condo had everything we needed for a very nice stay. It was close to a large swimming pool and downtown Naples. A walking path with access right next to the condo was an added plus+. Groceries and Starbucks just around the corner. Lawns and foliage very beautifully maintained. We would go back!
