Great Beach Location

Our stay at this condo was very enjoyable and fun. It was very accessible to the beach. The kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. The cleanliness of the condo could be improved, but overall it was a great trip.

We were so pleased with this rental. Everything was as promised; very clean, super comfortable beds, all items (coffee maker, fridge, etc) in good working order. Would highly recommend and would stay there again!!

Would book again!!

This place was very nice & for a great price!! You can see the beach well & has a nice view of the city too! It would be slotted tight for 8 people but as long as you’re not chilling there the whole trip, it’s perfect for sleeping and showering. For the three of us that stayed there, it was perfect & had all the kitchen needs!! Definitely hope to book again!!

Great vacation experience

The condo was lovely, just what we needed for a relaxing week. It had all the amenities we needed. Many thanks to Todd, the property manager. He was very helpful, allowing my daughter to check in ahead of me as my flight was delayed on our day of arrival.

Great Stay!

The condo was just perfect for us. The beds were warm and comfy. The ceiling fans were a great bonus as well. Everything we needed for our stay was inside the condo. Communication from the owner was one of the best I've had since traveling through VRBO or any site such as these. We will be back! Thank you for a great stay!

Great weekend getaway

What a great property. Our first time at Myrtle Beach. The beach was only steps away with convenient beach access. The unit was super clean and fully stocked with our basic necessities. Property managers were quick to respond to any inquiries (great communication)… check in staff at the condo unit was meh but, the that’s not the property managers fault, would love to stay again.

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property. Check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The condo had everything our family of 4 needed (and more). We opted to add the beach chairs/umbrella for the week, which was so convenient. The pool area was a huge hit with our kids (8 and 2). Todd was great to work with from start to finish. We'd highly recommend this property and hope to return again in the future.

Great get-away to a home away from home.

I was shocked on arrival as it was so much nicer than the photos when I booked. I called manager right away because I thought I was in the wrong unit, he mentioned it was recently purchased and owner was renovating between guest and the site was updated to reflect new updates. The rates are unbelievable for such a beautiful cozy, beachy & clean get-away. Would totally recommend this property and I'll back for my next vacation.

Clean and Cozy

Good, comfortable condo. Kitchen was useful as we ate both breakfast and lunch within the room so we could maximize beach time. Beach access was super easy. It was great going for morning 5k runs on the beach each day Location is a little bit off the main drag so driving is needed in most cases. There is a lobby which sells Starbucks coffee in the building just North of this location so that was helpful to help start the day. Glad we found this spot.

Great Condo and Owner

We rented this condo for a week and it was wonderful! The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed for the week. The owner went above and beyond and left extras for us to use which doesn’t normally happen from most places that we have rented. We will definitely rent this unit again and would highly recommend it to others. Thanks again for everything Todd.

Our trip

I recommend this place . Very clean , had everything we needed including beach towels n beach chairs . Pool was nice , walking distance to beach your close to everything . Just is very friendly made sure we had everything we need ! Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful condo ! We will be back again ! 5 Star for this beautiful condo !

Absolutely loved!

This is by far the best experience I have had with booking a room. The condo was spacious and so clean. I could tell they wanted you to feel at home away from home and we did. There was family games and beach items for the kids. My daughter had enough room to crawl and explore which was a plus for me. I would recommend to anyone. Says it sleeps 6 but there was enough room for at least 8 in my opinion.

Awesome Amenities with a Great View!

I had a great stay at this condo. The view was great and it was very clean. The amenities were excellent. I used the gym facility to work out nearly every day. It had the latest cardio equipment. The convenience of a washer and dryer in this unit pushed it up to a perfect 10. The beach was great and I spent most of my time enjoying the surf, relaxing and working on my tan! I will definitely be returning to this paradise.

Great beach stay

We enjoyed our family vacation stay at this condo. Great location right on the beach. Well stocked with everything you need for a family stay. Clean and quiet, garage in the same building. Checking in was smooth and instructions were very detailed. Our kids enjoyed indoor and outdoor swimming pools too. The only annoyance was the weed smell 9 out of 10 times when we wanted to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view, but of course it is difficult to enforce when people decide to break the no smoking rule. Overall, this is our first vacation to Myrtle Beach and we would definitely stay at this condo again. Thank you

Considerate Accommodations

Most of my experience with rental properties is as an owner rather than visitor. I'm, therefore, pretty critical of rental properties. This property did not disappoint at all. To say that it was well stocked would be an understatement. From kitchen needs to games, everything you might want was there. We truly appreciated the care that was put into making sure guests' needs were met.

Worth the price

Overall, we had a very good stay. There were a few small things that we had issues with, but nothing that would keep us from staying again. The lamp in the living room was broken, the remote for the tv in the living room was missing, so we couldn't use it. The oven didn't work and the outdoor pool was closed. Other than that, everything else was as described and we enjoyed our stay.

Baseball Tournament / Vacation

Condo is ok for 4 ppl but not for 6. Pull out bed is nice but I need mention some cons; kitchen was kind of small, I will move the AC vent, it's in the middle of the stove and if you are cooking, the cool air hit your head and me personally, I dont like that. Shower was not clean, found sand in the bath tub and we had to buy toilet paper because there were none, only one trash bag instead of two. Pros; Location very convenience for us, 5 minutes drive to Grand Park baseball complex and The Common Market. Indoor pool was really clean, beach is only steps away.

We really enjoyed our little getaway

We arrived and checked in and parked in less then 10 minutes, Walked into a very welcoming bright, beach themed, clean condo. The pictures are very accurate. Though we didn't cook any meals in the condo, the small kitchen area is well appointed and efficient. The pool area was great. The inside is pools are heated. We really enjoyed an afternoon in the pools, lazy river and hot tub. We are drawn to the ocean as a family and loved being able to open the sliders and hearing the ocean waves crashing on the beach. Very relaxing. It was hard to leave! We look forward to visiting again next year for longer! My friends family wants to go next. So yes, I recommend this property. I had some questions before we went, and got great, quick responses from Todd.
