The house was great everything was very clean the pool was great. It was located between several beach areas and restaurants. I will be rebooking in the future house had plenty of room.

Our host was very welcoming and the amenities were superb. Generous amount of pool and bath towels, games, bikes, a large living room television and an extremely well equipped kitchen. The lanai and pool area has lots of seating and lights for evening use. We lived there!

We loved our stay at the Sun Kiss . House is beautifully decorated. Even though we didn't cook, the kitchen has everything you need .Hoping next time we can use the pool but it was very relaxing to have coffee in the morning out there .

We had a great stay, and Alla and Igor were wonderful hosts! They had the pool warm for us every day at a reasonable additional fee. The location of this property is excellent! Close to shopping, grocery store, restaurants and beaches! We hope to return for a second stay!

The Sun Kiss is a beautiful, clean, and comfortable home. After a day’s adventure, it felt so good to swim in the beautiful warm pool. I’m so glad we paid a little extra to have pool heated. The host, Alla, is very kind and cared about our needs. She communicated with my husband and I before, during, and after our stay. Surrounding neighborhood was very quiet and we had fun riding the bikes around the area. The house is so convenient to many stores, beaches, and restaurants. Just returned from 16 days of R & R at the Sun Kiss in Nokomis. Can't say enough wonderful things about this property. The location is great -- minutes to the grocery store, beautiful beaches and the Legacy Trail. Alla was the perfect hostess, readily available by text to answer any questions we had. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals (if you don't feel like eating out every night). There are chairs, umbrellas and a cooler if you want to spend the day at the beach. For us, the star of the show was the outdoor area. Ample seating, a beautiful heated pool and gorgeous landscaping...it was the perfect place to spend a day in the sun. Can't wait to return!

A NATURE EXPERIENCE

Great location for fossil hunting at local beaches and we were amazed when we got to see a Bobcat, a huge alligator and a variety of birds. Plenty of stores and restaurants and the house and pool area gave us plenty room for being with friends and also privacy when we needed it. All in All GREAT PLACE

Perfect Home and Location

I am so happy we found the Sun Kiss for our stay in Florida. It was a great location for visiting with family. The home was well appointed with everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. The location was ideal, close to a major highway and a hop, skip, and a jump to Sarasota. When we return to FL for a family trip, we will definitely be looking to stay at the Sun Kiss again. Family Togetherness

We had a funeral to attend near Venice and this home was in the perfect location for us and our 2 adult children and their spouses . We lived the pool and had it heated for night swims and relaxing! Loved having the bikes and the beach accessories! Siesta key was a short drive.

Wonderful Christmas family vacation

The Sun Kiss house in Nokomis was great. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying there. It was very clean and check in was very easy. Alla has thought of everything from pool/beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, toys. The kitchen was fully equipped with a weber grill to use on the patio. The best part of the was the heated pool. You have to pay extra to have it heated but it is well worth it. Alla answered any question or concern quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Close to Several Beaches

The house was as per the pictures. Pro :The location is the best thing about this house. It is within 15-20 minutes of several beaches. Con - The pool has solar heating and electricity heating. If you want to heat with electricity, it costs an additional $30 per day and the heater only operates from 8am to 6 pm. Was not aware of this beforehand.

Great Stay!

My family had a great stay at the Sun Kiss. The pool was amazing. We paid extra to have it heated and were happy we did. The house is a quick 10 minute drive to the nokomis public beach. We had a wonderful time there. My kids found a lot of shark teeth and beautiful shells. It was also a short drive to Venice Beach, which was also beautiful. We really appreciated that the owners had beach umbrellas, beach towels, and beach chairs. We also went to the Mote Aquarium which was fun for the kids. It was about a half hour drive. Lots to do around this location! We would stay again! Thank you!

Great Location and Space

House is in a perfect location for short drives to numerous beaches around Siesta Key, Nokomis, and Venice. The kitchen was well stocked (mysteriously missing a baking sheet but had almost everything else you could ask for) and met our needs. Pool area is fantastic with plenty of furniture and a great area for being both in and out of the water. Living area had some fun games for our kids and a nice TVs for watching Amazon Prime in the mornings. Our only real complaint were the beds. All of them, even the master king, were old spring style mattresses that were very hard. They could benefit from a new foam style mattress or, at a minimum, a topper to be more comfortable. Otherwise, host was easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend for access to the beaches and a great pool area.

They watched us on cameras the whole time

The property was clean and comfortable. But they had security cameras all over the property and watched us as we swam in the pool, spent time outside in the covered porch, watched us as we came and went from the property. This was not disclosed and was quite unsettling, especially when they talked to us over some kind of intercom about what we were doing. This was an invasion of privacy at best and a likely violation of VRBO rules. I would never have rented from them if I had known we were going to be watched the whole time.

So wonderful

Wonderful experience here the owner was in contact before we came and during our stay. The pool was so fun and great for our kids. They even had pool accessories to use and towels. Close to stores, restaurants, and beach. Very clean and spacious.
