This beautiful duplex offers its prime location next to Lake Erie, close proximity to over 30 wineries and a short 7 mi. trip to downtown Geneva on the Lake. Next to our home you will have access to our private beach on Lake Erie for all of your summer fun. The beach is easily accessible located on the same Mansion Mansion property. Kayaks and water pad available upon request. The Madison home is located around the corner from plenty of bars and restaurants with outdoor patios.
