4BR/2BA beach house located in BETHANY WEST less than a mile from beautiful Bethany Beach- sleeps 12! Hop on the Bethany Beach trolley down the street, walk, or drive to the beach. Perfect for a beach getaway for the whole family and your pets. WIFI strong- great for working from home. Everything you need including all new kitchen appliances, outdoor shower, gas grill out back, and an AMAZING back porch with 72 inch TV- perfect for crab feasting/hanging out. Driveway fits 2-3 cars and there is street parking available in front of the house as well. Kitchen has both a Mr. Coffee pot and Keurig coffee makers. Just bring your own linens, beach and bath towels!

House was great and easily accommodated our group of nine. The screened-in porch was the best for early morning coffee, meals, and hanging out! Location was perfect for access to beach, restaurants, and activities.

We love Bethany

Our family has been going to Bethany for 30 years… this was the first time we stayed in the Bethany West neighborhood. The house is cute, well stocked with anything you need, the porch is great, and the street is quiet. Trolley stop is just around the corner but the walk to the beach isn’t bad (about a mile). The pools and tennis/pickleball courts were great but the hours were not… open 10-6. We would have liked to play pickleball earlier before it got too hot (or later in the evening). The owners of this house are very responsive and answered all questions within a short time frame. Would definitely stay here again!

Best Beach House

Everything about this home is perfect, it truly felt like our home away from home. There was plenty of room for our family, we especially loved the screened in porch to play games and watch movies in the evening. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet only a 20 minute walk or a short trolley ride to the beach/boardwalk area. We will definitely be back next year.

Easter weekend

House is a perfect for family and dog. Very clean and nice neighborhood. Easy 1 mile walk to the beach/bethany boardwalk.

Perfect pet-friendly vacation getaway!

This property was amazing - very well appointed, clean, inviting, dog-friendly in a quiet neighborhood, we absolutely LOVED our stay! The owners thought of everything, anything you even thought you may need was provided. Beautiful decor, and our favorite was the screened-in porch complete with huge TV and wine fridge for watching football and movie night. A perfect spot for the entire family to hang out together.

Our family and dog had an amazing stay in Bethany Beach . The home was perfect for our family, very clean and spacious. We fully utilized the space and loved the screen in back porch. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. The community is very welcoming, great for taking walks, runs, pickle ball , tennis. The location was very close to the beach. Our hosts represented their home exactly as it was and we were thrilled.

Very short drive to the beach. Nice neighborhood and the host was qucik to respond to any questions. The parking pass is a huge plus!

Fantastic place!

This is a must stay if you are visiting Bethany Beach. Such a lovely home! Great communication with the host, super clean and spacious, and the home is in a great location. We loved how close the home is to the beach and boardwalk while still feeling away from the hustle and bustle. The trolley stop is so close and our kids (and adults) enjoyed riding it to and from the beach and boardwalk. The kitchen is great! We had everything we needed, just had to buy the food. The home was comfortable and spacious for our family of 4 adults, 3 kids and our dog. We appreciate how pet friendly this home is! 10/10 recommend.

Great summer holiday

We had a great week at the beach - and this location was perfect for our family + friends. There were 5 adults and one older teen for the week. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our crew. The kitchen was well stocked. And the living spaces were comfy. But the gold star went to the screen porch off the back of the kitchen. Large enough to seat all of us with a giant TV - we spent the majority of our time there. The shade from the trees plus large overhead fan made it stay cool for most of the week. We also really appreciated the use of the Resident parking pass, as we used it to park to go to the beach and also for trips into town to get ice cream and shop. The neighborhood pools were another nice benefit, even though we had to pay a small fee. We enjoyed eating at Matt's Fishcamp, Mancini's in Fenwick Island, JuiceBox for smoothies, and getting ice cream most evenings. The kids enjoyed walking to WaWa in the afternoons. For shopping - check out the new store Aloha! We love Bethany Beach and are looking forward to returning soon!!

This is the absolute best place to stay!!

We’ve been renting vacation homes for over 30 years and this one was by far my family’s favorite. We had plenty of room, the house was clean, exactly as pictured, well stocked with kitchen essentials. We especially loved the big screened in porch to watch movies in the evening and play games. The location was excellent with a quiet, walkable neighborhood. We used the pool, the trolley to lug our chairs and coolers to the beach, we also took advantage to of the resident parking pass that was provided when we wanted to drive to the beach. This home is everything you could ask for, we’re hoping to book again next summer.

A lovely cottage by the sea

This was the perfect home to choose to celebrate our father’s 60th birthday (and grandsons first solid food). Only a few short minutes from the beach, we had an absolute blast! Not to mention the amazing amenities at this property. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect home away from home

We had such a lovely stay! The vibe of the house is so warm and welcoming. It’s spacious, open, and light and bigger than you expect. The outdoor porch is such an extra bonus. Great location. And Aisley was beyond kind, accommodating, helpful, and generous. We had so much fun thanks to Aisley. We will definitely go back. My teenagers are still talking about how much they loved it - and they are grumbly!

Beautiful home in an amazing neighborhood

Lovely home…perfect for my husband and I to celebrate my birthday with our two large dogs in the neighborhood is beautiful for a nice quiet walks. The huge screened in porch is fantastic! Aisley was extremely responsive when we were considering extending our stay.

Everything we needed and more!

The house was perfect for five adults, two little ones and the dogs. The layout made it easy for cooking, reading, working, playing and more. Great screened in porch allowed for the early rising toddler to play without disturbing the sleeping adults. Also perfect for our crab fest. It was an easy walk to the beach..even easier on bikes or the free trolley. We all loved it and are already planning our return.

Loved this home and neighborhood so much we came back for a second year

This was our second year booking and we were so glad that we booked this home again . Our family loves this home and the Bethany West neighborhood. You get the sun, the beach, the community pool, comfy couches, well stocked kitchen, awesome screened-in porch, new firepit for roasting marshmallows and the trees and sounds of summer crickets at night. We rented bikes to get around Bethany as well - very bike friendly area. The owners are so thoughtful (sent me flowers for booking twice ❤️) and they were responsive to all of our inquiries. We had a fantastic week!

Wonderful vacation home!

My family and I stayed at the house for our week long vacation. The house was everything we were looking for. It was very cozy and clean and had a great covered and screened in back porch where we had our coffee in the morning. We also enjoyed the shower out back to rinse off when coming back from the beach. The owners even provided a parking permit to park in downtown Bethany. My 2 year old son loved the pools (baby pools too), and the playground. The location is also great, very close to the Wawa and Difebos market. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

We had stayed at the property for a week as a trip after graduation and had a very pleasant time. Checking in was very easy, and the house was very spacious and comfortable. The location was great and not far from the beach, and communicating with the owner was very easy and accessible!

Weekend trip

Property is in a great location close to the beach. Parking pass provided for free parking near the beach which was very convenient. Was a little too cold for the pool but location is close to the property. My one issue was with the cleanliness. Both showers were extremely dirty with grime and dirt. I had to clean both showers myself because it was not adequate to use. Cleaning staff did not do a good job leading up to our stay.
