This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 5th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. King size bed in the second bedroom. Queen sleeper in the living area. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has a table with 6 chairs and a lounger. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

The Property was awesome.

Very Clean... pics are very current....the only drawback was the umbrella service....you physically have to get up at 8am every morning at go by tiki hut to check in before you can put towels on chair....every where I've ever stayed clipped your name to the chairs...it was a pain but still a beautiful vacation....condo was great!

Condo was very clean and exactly as pictures showed, with the exception of the guest bathtub which was remodeled with a nice walk in shower! It was great having front row beach chairs every day! I would come back to this condo.

Reviewer Comments: Condo was not cleaned properly when we arrived but Helen responded quickly and the owner of cleaning company came quickly and completely recleaned condo. The battery on the door lock died and we were locked out around 8pm one night, but Helen responded immediately and got us back in very quickly! So no issue at all. Condo was great and the beach is very close and easily accessible from unit. No long walkways, etc. We really enjoyed the stay and would rent from Helen again.

Saturday is a high check in day and was very busy late at night, but pools were not as busy! The balcony was great to enjoy with your guest and great view of beach and ocean. I washed the plates and utensils before using after seeing rust in the dishwasher- but was no worries after buying some paper plates. Beach service was nice, but would suggest bringing your own canopy and chairs if you want space between you and the next family. Great condo and will stay again!

Almost Perfect

The unit shows well, in pictures. Reality is outdoor furniture excludes lounge chairs, and deck cushions were iffy. Kitchen had nice new appliances, while we wouldn't use existing pots and pans. Couch looked comfy in pictures, in reality cushions were done. Beds were comfortable, while dresser drawers were in need of repair. Overall location and building amenities were, are great, unit could use some attention to detail.

Perfect……

Wonderful condo. My favorite place to stay so far; Emerald Isle Resort is perfect. Complimentary beach chairs with rooms. Enough pool space for everyone; not crowded! We grilled steaks without a problem on the gas grills by the pool. There are plenty of elevators and parking was not an issue. Ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was good. AC worked great! The condo was well kept and just as pictured. When we got to the room, the curtain rod was bent so I emailed the property manager. Maintenance was there a couple hours later and repaired it. Not one complaint from me.

Worst vacation EVER!!!

Do not go to this property if you have preteens or teenagers! Our children were verbally harassed by security several times. My 12 year old and his friend were wearing the mandatory wristbands for the property and still accused of not staying there and lying to security. We were then evicted from the property by the security officer and 2 police officers at 8 pm on Friday night while eating diner because someone allegedly spit over the balcony. We had 20 minutes to pack up and leave or we would have been arrested. Helen never responded to our texts or calls and still hasn’t done so!

Clean, Friendly, and an ideal family Location

This place is great! Condo was clean and spacious. Extra points for having a washer and dryer! Parking was plentiful at all times. Easy access from the condo to the beach and the balcony view was beautiful. Great for a family getaway in PCB without the party atmosphere. Close to anywhere you could want to go. Definitely check out Pier Park, lots of shops and great food right by the pier.

Visiting for a wedding and fun in the sun!

This property was great for our party of six. We had plenty of space to accommodate everyone and the balcony was huge with amazing views. The resort is on the western end of town so the beach seemed to not be as crowded as some other areas. All the accommodations at the resort were wonderful great place to stay.
