Unit was very clean. needed a washer and dryer and some updating.

This review is not for my unit. This party rented multiple units. My unit is #72. There is a working washer and dryer in the front hall closet. It is mentioned in the listing specifications. We update linens and towels every season. The range, microwave and refrigerator are both less than 2 years old. Tile floors and the slider to the deck have been replaced.

Amazing views

This condo was relaxing and had everything we needed !! Could easily accommodate two small families. We didn’t need all the space but so glad we rented here. The host is quick to respond to any questions and even checked in on us to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. 😊

The TV can be a little complicated for some people. Its a 70 smart TV with sound bar and Spectrum cable box. After a power outage it can take 20 min to reboot. There are AC units in both bedrooms which will cool fully. The large living room which is open to the loft will get warm during heatwaves but usually cools down at night. There is one portable AC in the loft.

Wonderful week in the White Mountains

We had an amazing week at this property during peak fall foliage in the White Mountains. We were amazed by the beautiful view from condo, which we enjoyed from the living room and deck. The condo was better than expected - the pictures do not do justice. Everything was clean, comfortable and cozy. There was several board games and some kids’ toys, which was an added bonus. There were even safety gates already up at the top/bottom of the staircase. It was a perfect place for our family. We enjoyed the convenience of the kitchen (stocked with everything you need to cook/plates/utensils etc) and eating meals at the table. The location was great - just a couple minutes away from story land, 15 minutes to North Conway and easy access to other spots (we visited Jackson falls, Diana’s baths, Cathedral Ledge, drove on the Kancamagus). Staying at this property was a great experience and we hope to be back again!!

Perfect condo!

This condo was perfect for our family trip. First impression was how spotlessly clean and modern the condo was. Then the view of Mt. Washington was incredible. Sit on the deck at sundown and watch the sky light up as the sun sets behind the mountains. All the amenities of North Conway and Mount Washington Valley were very close by. Ed checked in and was readily available to answer any questions. Highly recommend!

Great views, clean & cozy

We spent a week at this property, and enjoyed it very much. It was spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished, and well-stocked with linens, cooking supplies, etc. The owner, Ed, was easy and quick to communicate with. The views from the back windows and porch are breathtaking, and we spent a lot of time mountain-gazing! We did wish that there was more lighting in the living area, as it was quite dim at night and on a rainy afternoon. The bedroom A/C units don't effect the living area, so it stayed quite warm in there even with all the A/C's and fans blowing. We would have loved a step stool for the sink, and some plastic cups, for our young child. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. We visit North Conway pretty much every year, and we would definitely stay in this condo again. Highly recommend.

Serene stay with spectacular views

We had a wonderful time staying in Bartlett, NH. From the beginning to the end the host kept great communication. The condo was well stocked with anything you may need and it was very clean and welcoming. Plenty of peace and quiet along with breathtaking views of the mountains. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

Best View Ever, Our New Favorite Christmas Mountain Stay

We love Christmas Mountain but wanted to find something with air conditioning as we have stayed without it in the past and it was unbearably hot. This is by far our favorite place we have stayed. The kitchen was well stocked, real coffee maker. The blankets on the couch were so cozy and the beds were very comfortable (and I think we tried all of them during our stay). The loft with the TV was my Dad's favorite place and I loved sitting and drinking my coffee every morning looking at Mount Washington. The views were phenomenal and this location is close to everything we wanted to do, or required a short drive. We went to StoryLand, Santa's Village, Diana's Bath and then explored Lincoln on two other days after a short but beautiful drive. This is close to some of the most fabulous eateries and a grocery store to get basic needs, or drive a bit further to North Conway for even more selections. I will stay here again, Ed was easy to get a hold of and was responsive to any and all questions we had. We enjoyed the air conditioners, fans and lighting. I spent long hours reading on the couch. Everything was very clean and tidy. It has been such a stressful year working in health care this was an amazing place to stay, relax and get some much needed family time in. My husband and I and our 6 year old as well as my parents stayed here very comfortably. The condo is set up so even my mom's early morning waking hour didn't disturb anyone and she was able to sleep early evening while we watched TV in the loft. I can't say enough good things! One thing that is important to note is the Christmas Mountain Health Club that houses the pool is going trough some difficult times right now and was hardly open during times we would be able to use it, then when we finally had a chance the pool was very dirty and my daughter didn't want to swim in it. THIS has NOTHING to do with Ed, he is just a member (which in the past has been a wonderful thing as it just adds to your vacation). This year was very disappointing as in the past this has been a well loved perk. I think Covid and the work force drought has taken its toll on this health club and we did not enjoy it as mush as we have in the past. So if you are coming solely for the pool and health club don't book Eds, don't book anywhere on Christmas Mountain you will be disappointed. However, we had so much fun doing other things in and around Bartlett we didn't really miss the pool at all.

Gateway to Mt.Washington

We had a great time at the condo. It had everything we needed from a REAL coffee maker to a Weber kettle grill to a great deck view of Mt. Washington. The view inspired us to hike the mountain during our trip. The owner was quick to answer all our questions whenever we asked.

Another great year on Christmas Mtn

This was our second year staying at Ed's condo on Christmas Mtn. and once again we had a great experience. Communication was excellent with the owner. The condo had everything we needed, including air-conditioning, laundry, and plenty of room for our whole family. The views of the White Mountains from the condo windows are amazing. I highly recommend this home for a vacation in NH!

Amazing views

The property was spacious and clean. It was close to all of the attractions that the are has to offer. There was a loft area for my kids to enjoy. The view was unbeatable. A very charming area. The description should be updated to reflect the limited use of amenities and AC. The pools are at the club. It closed at 6 p.m. Tuesday-Friday, was not open on Monday and closed at 3 p.m. on Sunday. On Saturday it closed at 8 p.m. We like to be very active during the day and relax by the pool at night so we only were able to use the pool the first day. The property also does not have central AC. The bedrooms have window units and the loft had a unit. Most days were fine, but there was a really hot few days and it could not keep the entire unit cool. However, overall it was a nice place to stay for a family vacation.

The condo was beautiful and had a great view. The owner was extremely responsive when we didn’t have enough towels. Emailed him the first night and had towels outside our doorway the next morning.

Great place for a vacation

The place was just as advertised and shown in all the pictures. The condo was clean and well stocked. The location is nice as it is close enough to North Conway but quiet. We had 6 people for a week and the space was perfect. The clubhouse does close early each day but offers some nice choices. Overall, a great week. We really liked the views from the sitting area for morning coffee. The views are truly remarkable. Thanks Ed - Bill

Perfect Abode

Space was perfect, view was stunning, location was ideal. Kids were able to have their own space in the large loft, while adults have the entire first floor. Waking up and walking towards the many windows every morning was quite the treat. The views invigorated the soul at every glance. Can’t say enough about this home, can’t wait to spend more time here.

AWESOME

The property was Incredible...the pictures do not do it justice. The views of Mount Washington were breathtaking. We didn't want to leave. We really want to come back soon. Ed was great. He was quick to answer any questions we had and very helpful in suggesting various swimming spots. I highly recommend staying here.
