I have traveled a lot, this house in Bonita was by far the best place that I have stayed at. It was very clean, the house is taken care of so well, and overall the house was beautiful. I would recommend to anyone to stay here if your visiting anywhere in the Naples/Bonita area. You won’t be disappointed, your vacation is better when staying at this beautiful residential.
This is a great property in Bonita Springs. The house was just what we were looking for in a family vacation. Our kids loved playing outside in the pool, playing card games on the patio, and just chilling in the lounge chairs. The location is a plus, while being close to Bonita Springs’ restaurants, stores, and activities , but also not far from Naples. Definitely don’t pass this house up.
We rented this location for our family of 4. The owner gave detailed instructions for checkin so we were able to walk in as if we were home. The home and property are immaculate. We loved it so much, we chose to stay in and swim at the house instead of going to the crowded beach! ❤️
1st time going for 2 months and the condo was great, very large and bright for a one bedroom, bed very comfortable, and had everything needed. The kitchen appliances were dated but overall everything was great. The location was also good as just 20 minute drive to all kind of stores. We took advantage of the VAC centre and practically had the place to ourselves so that was good, and lots of walking paths throughout the resort. Great experience.....lovely condo and hopefully come back next year.

Disappointed in the quality of the home
We checked in for a 3 night stay. The home was run down. Broken blinds. Shower door was missing in the main bathroom. Slow draining shower in the spare bathroom. Brown gunk of one of the bedroom walls. Pool was very small, not well kept. We wouldn’t even swim in it. There’s a fenced off alligator pit behind the house. The home featured a Nest thermostat which would switch into ECO mode in the middle of the night and we’d wake up to a 75 degree temperature in the middle of the night. As a well paying guest, we should have have control of the temperature. Definitely not worth a fraction of the money we spent staying here. Would not stay here again. 2 star stay!
Pros:
-Neighborhood was quite. (The house is on a dirt road)
-Floors were kept clean. The listing states dogs were welcome but we saw no trace of hairs.

Thank you for your constructive criticism, next time please let us know what concerns you have and we will gladly send you the instructions on how to use the NEST thermostat and send a handyman to address any issues you have. A previous guest broke the sliding glass shower door and we are working on replacing it. The door has been ordered. In Florida, any body of water may contain an alligator, one will see them even on the most luxurious golf courses. It is something to be aware of. There are safety precautions in place like signs and a fence for one's safety.
This property is nice and comfortable to stay with family and dogs. We stayed here during our college student move-in week. Centrally located to shopping and dining.
Patio and pool very nice. We saw the gator one morning in the pond. We would definitely consider a future stay.
Property is...fine. If they put some money into fixing the screen door locks, sprucing up the yard, getting rid of old tools/lawn equipment and overall refresh, it would make a world of difference. In Florida, the outside should be the best place of the house.
We stayed here with our 2 kids. This is a well priced property with a gator pond. Kids enjoyed looking for gators and swimming in the pool. Lot of pool toys and kitchen is well stocked. They even had ample clean towels. Only complaint is the pool does not heat well and is not very clean.
The place was perfect for our 5 person family, probably could have had a couple other relatives stay too. The pool was wonderful we spent time in there every day. Place was clean. Any questions I had for Maria were answered promptly. Would stay here again!

Dave, thank you for being reliable, easy to communicate with and taking good care of the home.
My family and I stayed at this home for a little over a week and we absolutely loved it! The beds are pretty firm but I’m use to extra plush at home nothing a wade in the heated pool wouldn’t take care of the next morning. The home was nice and clean. It has mango trees in the back my kids loved getting some and eating them for breakfast every morning and they also liked seeing the baby gator and turtles in the canal. It isn’t far from the beach at all maybe a 15 minute drive. The home was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking and is great with pets has doggy doors everywhere! We would definitely come back here! My favorite location out of the places I’ve stayed down that was for sure!
This property is in a quiet neighborhood and central to what Bonita Springs has to offer. The host was responsive and the property was clean with no surprises. Best rental property I have stayed at.
Property manager was very attentive and available whenever we had any issues.
