The Space:

Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.



Welcome to the SunDestin Beach Resort by Scenic Stays, the premier condominium in the heart of Destin situated on a private beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! The onsite Scenic Stays team at SunDestin looks forward to welcoming you to your next beach vacation at our 24-hour front desk. The experience of a lifetime awaits! SunDestin Beach Resort features expansive onsite amenities including a newly renovated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, onsite restaurant, outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally), workout facility, event/meeting space, gift shop, complimentary DVD rentals and much more!



Upon entry to SunDestin Unit 618, you are greeted by a fully appointed, well stocked kitchen for home cooked meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. An open dining and living room concept immediately follow, with comfortable seating for 4 guests and a relaxing sofa and armchair set after a long day at the beach and pool. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and the emerald waters welcome you from the living room and spacious balcony with seating for two. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and calming sunsets directly overlooking the beach!



Refresh every night in the comfortable king bed located in the master bedroom, while the kids relax in the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. Enjoy the flat panel televisions located in the living room and bedroom both equipped with DVD players. DVD rentals are available in the lobby directly across from the gift shop!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.



These enhancements are designed to elevate the guest experience for years to come, and we look forward to welcoming guests in Summer 2026 to a beautifully refreshed SunDestin Beach Resort—one that reflects the level of care, comfort, and coastal hospitality our owners and guests expect.

Nice place to stay

This was a nice place to stay. Too bad the restaurant stayed closed the whole time we were there due to construction. Very relaxing, enjoyable vacation. Staff in shop were very friendly and amazing.

Thanks for being so helpful during our evacuation from Hurricane Ida. Wish we could have stayed longer, but all Units were booked. We are back in Louisiana without power until possibly the end of September.

The unit was great, as well as the location. The only issue we had were the elevators and the parking. It was very inconvenient to have to park across the street, there were a couple of nights that the lot was completely full. The elevators took an extremely long time.

We had a very small group of people expected something better. Furniture was dirty,we had to put sheets on it to sit. Floors and carpet dirty. The pictures prior to selecting was misleading. The kitchen and both bathrooms was too small. The master bathroom has mold on the ceiling by the air vent. Our outdoor activities we had a Blast! Crab island, zipline, Crackling restaurant, and the beach so beautiful.....

This place was awful, walking in instant sand on our feet like haven't been cleaned. The garage disposal smelled awful and the couches were thw absolute worst. We kept blankets on the couches just to be able to sit down on them, stains dried food, you name it.

This condo needs work!

The condo in itself is fine but the carpet and sofas need replaced. Very disgusting! You will not even want to take your shoes off. If it wouldn’t let me add pictures,, or I would. Don’t waste your money here. Too many other places to stay at Destin! Also, make sure you reserve chairs for the beach before you go, or you will not have much of a place to lay or sit.
