The Space:

Located on shores of the Emerald Coast, SunDestin Beach Resort is right in the middle of everything Destin has to offer. There are many on-site amenities including an outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, a fitness center, and more. Seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, and beach chair and umbrella rentals. The Scenic Stays team is always available at the 24-hour desk in the lobby.



SunDestin 1001 is a spacious two-bedroom, two bath corner condo. Upon entry, you'll see the kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make meals and features stainless steel appliances. There’s seating for three at the bar and six at the dining room table. The sofa in the living area is a great spot to wind down after a day exploring the Destin area. Get a DVD in the lobby to enjoy- they’re included in your stay. Through the sliding glass door is the balcony with seating to enjoy morning coffee while taking in the panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom can be accessed from the balcony and has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bath. The guest bed has two twin beds and a private bath as well. In the living room, the sofa turns into a queen-sized bed, meaning this two-bedroom condo sleeps six guests total: it’s a perfect family-friendly escape.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.



Less than five miles from SunDestin Beach Resort is multiple golf courses, restaurants, and attractions. Spend a day off the sand at Big Kahuna’s Waterpark or The Track Destin- they’re both less than a mile from the resort. SunDestin 1001 is just steps to the Gulf of Mexico and is sure to become your next home away from home- start planning your trip today!

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.

This condo was very beautiful has 3 nice views of the beach area. This condo was very nice and clean everything we needed for our vacation. Washer & dryer located on the same floor. This was a great location right in the middle of everything. The front desk was very nice and helpful

Everything was as the pictures showed. Very clean! The views were great from the balcony off the living area and master bedroom. You could leave the screen open in the master bedroom and have the soft sound of the waves lull you to sleep!

Overall the room was quite nice. The new counters. sink and faucets in kitchen and bathrooms were quite an improvement. Could use a paint and cupboard upgrade but was quite liveable. Patio furniture quite nice and furnishing in rooms was good. Any issues we had were addressed promptly and satisfactorily by maintenance personnel. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to next year.

Good location. Poor condition

Destin is great! Accommodations were less than average. Dishwasher was out of service with an inch if stagnated water in the bottom. There were no hotpads, no baking sheet or pizza pan and all cabinets throughout the entire place were in poor shape. Asked about hotpads and was told only essentials were provided anything else would be up to me to purchase. Water was cleaned out if dishwasher on the third day. Would go to Destin again, but not there.

This was my second year staying at this resort, our first experience was amazing! Clearly because we booked again. However this unit was less then satisfactory. There was mold on the ceiling in the master bedroom as well as around the edges of the walls. There was mold in corners in the bathroom. Looks like in some areas in was painted over a little but still very visible. There was paint peeling, the WiFi in the room was never available to be used. The patio furniture was peeling and extremely rusty. There were baby roaches crawling up the wall, cabinets were off track and the paint on those were chipped. The pool was full of sand multiple days we were there. of course with us paying almost 2k, we made the best of our stay as when we booked it showed this to be the only 2 bedroom left for the weekend but we were very disappointed and have decided to book elsewhere in the future when staying in Destin.
