CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

Located in the heart of Destin, FL is SunDestin Beach Resort. This large property boasts many amenities, including an outdoor and indoor pool, where you can take a break from the sand. Take a dip in the outdoor hot tub to relax or sit in the sauna for a while. Get a quick workout in the fitness center. A few of the seasonal amenities include a tiki bar, and beach chairs and umbrellas that can be rented for an additional fee.

SunDestin 1812 is a completely updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with sleeping for seven guests. When you walk in, you’ll see the guest bedroom with a queen bed and twin bed, plus a full bath. Walk into the common area and find a spacious kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen is updated and is fully equipped with everything you need to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The dining room table seats six and the living area has a sleeper sofa and a large TV and DVD player so you can take advantage of the complimentary rentals that come with your stay. Walk through the sliding door to find sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom can also be accessed from the balcony and offers a king bed. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a large vanity. This spacious two-bedroom corner rental has great views of the Gulf from almost every room.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Just minutes from SunDestin is the Destin Harbor, where there’s plenty of ways to enjoy the best part of the Emerald Coast - the gorgeous waters. Grab a few waverunner rentals or a larger pontoon boat to take to Crab Island for the day. End your day at Harborwalk Village, or head across the street for dinner at McGuire’s Destin.
