Bright and beachy, Emerald Towers #705 is the perfect destination for your vacation haven. This two-bedroom condo is sitting on the sand in Destin, Florida and offers stunning views and a convenient location to the area’s favorite dining, shopping, and more. You will enjoy unblocked views of the beach and the oversized windows allow that view to fill the condo. With an open floor plan, free high-speed internet and the comforts of home, you will be able to easily gather up to six guests together for a hand-crafted meal or a movie night in the living room. The kitchen comes stocked with the cookware and dishware you need to prepare meals of all sizes or even snacks for the beach. You will even find a new 126 can/wine cooler to help you relax from your days in the sun. Both bedrooms of the condo have been comfortably furnished for relaxation and the master bedroom even has private balcony access!

Destin stay

Everything was as stated. The balcony view was amazing. We would sit out on it in the mornings and watch the dolphins. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were comfortable. If we ever go back to Destin we will check to see if this is available. Also, the management company responds immediately to any questions before and during the stay.

"Ready for a New Do"

The condo is in need of thorough cleaning. The shelves and pantry are sticky dirty. The master bedroom had no bed skirt on the bed so the ugly bedframe showed from every angle. The mattresses need replacing. Decorations are very tired. The love seat was stained and so were the cushions. The blinds on the patio doors need to replaced. If you touched them more slats fell out. The dining table was also very tired. The beach front and pool are great and the location is good.
