Some things that let it down

Comfortable, spacious property. There were some significant issues with cleanliness on arrival (sofa required deep clean and sticky floor) but these were rectified by Zanoza the following day. We had a couple of other issues during the stay and Zanoza were generally pretty good at getting these sorted in good time. There is currently ongoing demolition/construction at the adjacent property and we felt the communication around this was misleading throughout which was one of the most disappointing aspects of our stay. It was extremely disruptive 6 days a week for 2 months, and included power, water and gate failure several times during our stay. The quote to extend the stay seemed excessive compared to the price that was being marketed externally which was a little odd. Overall, great location for Noho and surrounding areas eg Burbank, Studio City, also with convenient freeway access. North Hollywood park a short walk away which is great for some fresh air/dog walks.
