Welcome to "The Sandbox"!
Sitting directly oceanfront with unobstructed panoramic ocean views, guests will love their days and nights overlooking the beautiful beaches of Brigantine. The Sandbox is located in the heart of Brigantine and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, boutiques and ice cream shops on the island. The property provides the most breathtaking sunrises and perfect moonlit nights for all to enjoy. Perfect for family getaways!
The Sandbox has direct beach access. This 6 bedroom/5 bath home comfortably sleeps 14 with an additional pullout couch that provides even more space! An elevator is situated at ground level to provide easy access to all 3 floors. Prior to listing the Sandbox, we made sure to add the features our guests want in a vacation home.

Couldn’t ask for a better house or host. Any little issue was addressed immediately and to our complete satisfaction. The house in addition to being beautiful, was immaculate. Never stayed in a cleaner rental. Overall experience was 5 star!!

This was an exceptionally beautiful place. It is located directly across from the beach. The owner was absolutely wonderful to work with. The house was very well equipped and clean. The variety of board and card games available to play was impressive. Beach chairs, wagon and sand toys were provided for your use. I would highly recommend the Sandbox!

"The Sandbox" was the perfect location for our Thanksgiving Family Facation!

From the very beginning, Rob was an excellent communicator, sharing anything and everything we would need for the perfect vacation week. We arrived to a perfectly spotless home that is impeccably laid out so that everyone can gather together, but also step away to read a book, take a nap, or play games (in the garage and/or upstairs family room). Our family had more than enough room to spread out in this wonderful home. Rob provides so many beach items for your use, including chairs and bikes; All that are in very good condition. We love to cook, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Rob shared everything to know about the home and also the town of Brigantine. He also offered to be of assistance with any questions we had while visiting. Check-in and check-out was as simple as it could be. This is by far one of the best beach homes we have ever rented. Thank you so much Rob and Happy Holidays to you and your family!

Blown Away!

We’ve stayed in many VRBO’s stateside and in other countries and have always found the properties not meeting the expectations of what’s pictured on the website. This house was the ultimate exception. The pictures don’t do this house justice and we were so pleasantly surprised by just how amazing this house was! The house was exceptionally CLEAN and well stocked. As a family we enjoy cooking most of our meals in and it was great to have all the needed cookware to make it happen. Rentals usually have the bare essentials…not this one! We were a party of 10 family members from 3 different states (PA, OH, SC) who chose this lovely home to spend time together and make wonderful memories here. The house is right across from a beach access point which was so convenient for our large party and all the beach gear we hauled daily. As for beach gear, this house had it all!!! So many beach chairs, a beach tent, insulated bag, beach gear carrier, etc. We had kids with an age range of 7-17 and this house and its proximity to things kept everyone happy! The ping pong table was heavily used every night by dad and son. The older ones enjoyed riding the bikes around in town and even rode them to Wolf Fitness to work out! Our favorite spot in the house was the covered porch and most of our time was spent there. Morning coffees, watching the dolphins, meals, and daily cocktails after time spent on the beach. Thank you, Rob, for a very memorable stay in a 5 star house all the way!!!

Amazing property just steps from the beach in a great town. So many amenities at the property including beach equipment, games etc. These folks thought of every detail at the property. The owners were also so cordial and very helpful to ensure we felt at home and enjoyed our vacation week. Would stay here again for sure!

Sandbox Exceeded All Expectations! Perfection.

Thank you for sharing your priceless property. The sounds of the ocean and proximity are #1. Entire house is excellent, beyond clean and modern. VRBO images are humble compared to the beauty. Perfect for an elderly family member who can sit and stare out the windows all day and for teens who can adventure on bikes, the beach and have the best game of hide and seek throughout this 3 story mansion ever! Perfect Family Vacation

Host is incredibly responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure that every detail is perfect and that you have what you need. The house is fully stocked and comfortable. Location is great for all ages: easily accessible to beach, walking distance to shops and food, peaceful neighbors. Parking is easy. Extra fridge in garage is great for large groups. Ping pong table provides hours of entertainment for everyone. Bedrooms and private baths provide the privacy you need when staying with extended family. The house is special because it is large enough for everyone to have their own space, but also very cozy and warm. We had thirteen people aged teen to seniors and everyone was very comfortable. A perfect place for families to gather and spend time together.

Great house, great location!

The house and the location made this a wonderful vacation. The house itself was spacious, very clean, and had all the ammenities and supplies that we needed. The location was wonderful. You can walk right onto the beach, and with having several small children, this was ideal. The house was also close to several restaurants and shopping. And Atlantic City was only a 10 minute car ride away. The owner was very responsive to our needs and welcomed us and sent information before our vacation started. We would definitely come back again.

Annual Family Vacation

This is a beautiful home; very well maintained and excellent location! Very comfortable home for our family that consisted of 6 adults and 4 kids. Very Well equipped kitchen. The owner was fantastic to deal with. He responded quickly to questions. We had a problem with air conditioning on one level that was promptly fixed. The owner sent a gift card to us to a local ice cream shop for any inconvenience. We will definitely return!

Perfect beach house for family get together!

People laughed when we said we were going to the Jersey shore the week after Christmas. Who wants to be at the beach when it’s freezing outside? This house is a perfect spot to relax, play with the kids and grandkids, even if you can’t go outside. Plus, the beach is just across the street. The owners care about the property and are always available via text. The kitchen is stocked with quality utensils and appliances. The game room is stocked with games for all ages. Smart TV’s in every bedroom, a garage full of outside toys. We could walk to several restaurants (Yanni’s and Andres were our favorite) and a great playground a few blocks away. We’re ready to go back!

Top 10 in Every Sense

Fabulous vacation in Brigantine and at The Sandbox. Loved the island (quiet and very residential) and the house even more. Three floors and two outside decks (the 3rd floor sun deck was phenomenal). Full, 2-car garage (with Ping Pong table). Beach front and easy beach access. The house had everything you would want for an extended stay at the Jersey Shore (all beds made, plenty of linens and towels, soaps & shampoos provided in each bathroom, kitchen FULLY stocked and well organized, TVs in every bedroom, plenty of beach stuff – badges and chairs in particular, new grill and grill tools, bicycles, game room with plenty of board games. Also, the elevator was a nice touch - made unpacking and packing so much easier. But the coux de grace was the responsiveness of the owner throughout the process, including while we were there (Rob, so very much appreciated). Great location - within 2 blocks (walking distance) were a liquor store, market, gift shop, Bella Luna & Yianni’s restaurants and a Wawa. ACME and CVS were about 1 mile away in the “town center” (where you enter Brigantine). ONLY MINOR criticism - the tap water had a funny taste (rectified by buying gallon jugs of water from the local ACME). Issue solved for our coffee and tea drinkers (my beers were not affected at all)! If we return to Brigantine The Sandbox will be our first choice!

Relaxing ocean views

The house has everything you need for a home away from home and more with spectacular ocean views and super easy beach access. The house layout across 3 floors gave everyone space to be on their own or to socialize. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality appliances, pans, cutlery and dishware. We loved the refrigerator/freezer and ice machine! There were plenty of beach chairs, beach shade/umbrellas and games to keep everyone occupied at the beach and at home at night or during rainy weather. You can enjoy the ocean waves from inside or outside...the choice is yours! Rob was very easy to communicate with and a thoughtful host. I would come back again to the Sandbox and it is situated in a very convenient area of Brigantine. The perfect house for a relaxing beach vacation.

Amazing Beach Front House!

An amazing and beautiful beach home. Well appointed with everything you would need, a fully stocked kitchen, the living spaces are very comfortable as are the beds. The house is impeccable and clean. Fantastic views from the 2nd and 3rd floors. A fun game rooms (with lots of great games), bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards... All you really need to bring is yourself and a beach towel. The hosts are very responsive and friendly and they have thought of everything--this is truly a home away from home. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful family vacation in Brigantine!

The Sandbox was such a special place for our entire family to get together. The house had everything and provided entertainment and relaxation for the young and old members of our extended family (4 years through 72)! We especially enjoyed the amazing game room (brand new and more than 20 games to choose from). We had many laughs there and the older boys loved taking on the adults in a variety of games. We enjoyed all areas of the home and especially loved the outdoor seating area where we could enjoy gorgeous views and the ocean breeze! The upstairs sundeck provided unbelievable views for sunsets, cocktail hour or really any time! The Sandbox is a phenomenal vacation rental and we would love to visit again. The owner is extremely responsive and we appreciated all the special touches in the home (starter soaps, stocked kitchen, lots of beach chairs, games, cornhole, bikes, the list could go on and on!). Also, the house is an easy walk to stores and restaurants. We had a great week!!
