FIRST FLOOR:

Bedroom 1: Designed for kids in mind, includes twin-over-full bunk beds with a trundle.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed with oversized closet and TV
Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, TV, and desk for working at your home away from home
Bathroom: Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects bedrooms 1 and 2 and includes a shallow bath, making bathing kids a breeze

The living room includes a big screen TV and pull-out sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker and a pack n play and high chair are available in kitchen closet. Additionally, the first floor has a washer and dryer in the laundry room.

SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom includes king size bed, TV, and en suite bathroom.
Bathroom 1: Adjoined to master bedroom
Bedroom 2: Includes twin-over-full bunk beds as well as queen size bed and TV
Bedroom 3: Twin-over full bunk beds in shape of a pirate ship make this a fun room for kids.

THIRD FLOOR:

Bathroom: Newly renovated
Office/lounge area: With a beautiful ocean view from the third-floor deck, this room includes a desk, providing a dedicated work space. It includes keyboard, monitors, docking station, mouse, and printer. A large sleeper-sofa and TV makes this a fun "hang-out" room as well.

Beach access at parking lot across the street at pavilion. Six beach tags (required for 12 and up during Memorial Day to Labor Day) will be provided.
