This housing displays a resolutely unique style, renovated in September 2022 with high-end materials.

It is located on the ground floor on a quiet street.



The Space:

Welcome to our beautiful apartment located near the Sacré-Coeur.



On the ground floor, you will find a superb living room, tastefully decorated and an open kitchen. The sofa bed in the living room can comfortably accommodate two people.

The room on the ground floor has a TV and a double bed size 140.



The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a separate bath and toilet.



The room in the basement is beautiful, and its bathroom is attached.



You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll throughout the city and its surroundings! The area offers immediate proximity to shops and restaurants.



The area is very popular with locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites!

Beautiful apartment in Paris.The space was very clean, comfortable and fully equipped!Very pleasant and prompt communication with the owners. Definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family and hope to return in the future.

Perfect Stay.

Close to metro, restaurants and Montmart. Quiet street. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning was a plus. Would recommend this location for a Family.

Nice apartment in a working class neighborhood

Katia and Thomas were great hosts, communicating with us clearly before and during the stay. The apartment was clean and in good condition, matching the pictures. The apartment is not near any of the tourist destinations but is less than two blocks away from two Metro lines, making it easy to travel to those destinations.

Excellent location/beautifully appointed

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location is perfect, while out a bit from the touristy stuff, it gave us a sense that we were actually living in Paris. The metro is so close that the location wasn't a bother. Also, there were no loud gatherings to contend with. The neighborhood is a neighborhood of locals, not tourists.

A great property in a really convenient location for our three-day family trip (ages 10-16) exploring Paris. Everything was as listed. It makes a really comfortable base in the City. Thank you to Katia and Thomas for your communication and attention to detail.

Door locks every time. Keep Keys close

This property has a nice lay out for family. Close to metro and markets, and cathedral. Funny story about us locking ourselves inside the unit with teenagers who shut the door with the keys still in the door. Door locks every time it closes.

Nice 2bd/2ba apartment for a quick Paris visit

Our family visited the city after a few days at Disneyland Paris. This worked well for our family of 6 as our 2 younger kids were able to utilize the pullout sofa while the adults used the 2 bedrooms. The 2 bathrooms were great for our family. The apartment was clean and had every amenity we needed allowing us to cook when we weren’t out exploring. Good location close to the metro, groceries and cafes. Hosts were very attentive to any questions or concerns. There are restaurants on the street and the area that close late, so you can get some noise at night, but I think that is fairly normal in the city. Very nice accommodations and I would definitely recommend.

Two nights stay in this house

My family and I rented this place for couple of days that we stayed in Paris. The place is completely different from the photos. It must have been a store turned into a vacation rental. You walk from the street to your living room and the door is all glass windows. As soon as you walk in you can sense an unpleasant smell. Second bedroom is down in the basement and going down the basement you can smell the moisture and the sewer from the bathroom. Being that you are right in the street it was impossible to sleep because you can hear everyone passing by. For the price and location I would not recommend this place for family with kids.

Downstairs bathroom smelled like a sewer. AC was not working when we got there. Had to figure out how to reset the system on our own. Only one exit and only one set of keys presents a fire hazard. Upstairs bathroom jet tub did not work. Bathtub faucet was broken. Positives. Management team was relatively responsive, but not very helpful. Would not recommend.

A well appointed apartment in a good location

My daughters and I stayed here for three weeks. The apartment was well appointed and able to fit my three kids and myself comfortably. Overall the apartment itself is was nice. If you're staying longer you will need to provide your own trash bags, laundry soap, and dishwashing detergent, as they only provided one of each for our three week stay. To me the biggest downside was the ground level and street front location of the apartment (which wasn't clearly articulated in the listing), it was directly across from two restaurants with patrons who regularly made lots of drunken noise until 1am, sometimes people broke beer bottles outside, combined with the road noise it was not a very restful stay. The windows for the unit are completely frosted and it appears to be a converted storefront, so there is no view at all. The lower bedroom is very precarious to get down to and not accommodating for anyone with mobility concerns, and also not safe for kids as there is no rail, and the stairs are steep and made of concrete. The area is definitely filled with more locals and an easy ten minute walk to Sacre Couer, and some fun restaurants near Montmartre, as well as a quick walk to the metro station. If you're going to be sightseeing all day and not a light sleeper this might be the perfect pick for you. For us it did what we needed, the management staff was very responsive (including when we had a large water leak in the bathroom ceiling).

Die Unterkunft war akzeptabel, wenngleich einiges überraschend unfertig war: beispielsweise war die Spülmaschine nicht in ihrem Rahmen befestigt und kippte daher bei der Türöffnung insgesamt nach vorne, im Bad gab keinen einzigen Haken zum Handtuch aufhängen und schon gar keine Stange o.ä. usw...Schade!

Hervorragende Wohnung

Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Bad befindet sich im Untergeschoss. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung ca. 50-60qm. Unser Auto konnten wir in der Straße parken. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
