Newburyport River View Brick Two Story Apartment

Welcome to our classic Newburyport apartment. This is a two-Story townhouse located in a historic brick building next to Cashman Park. This location is ideal for exploring our coastal city. Downtown Newburyport with shopping, restaurants and nightlife is a quick eight minute walk away.

The space
Downstairs is an open concept living room and full kitchen (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig with coffee and tea). The space is 920 sq ft. The living room has a couch, coffee table and HD TV on the wall.

There's a table with four chairs in between the kitchen and living room to enjoy your morning breakfast.

Off of the downstairs living room is the full bath with tub/shower.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a queen size bed. There's a small desk with a chair for work/studying. This room has two end tables by the bed with lamps and a closet with hangers and a bureau.

There's a second smaller bedroom upstairs with a door with a twin bed. This room also has a closet with extra towels, sheets, blankets, iron and ironing board.

The upstairs bathroom has a stand up shower (no tub) and a hair dryer.

Outside the master bedroom there is a private second story deck that overlooks the park and the Merrimack River. This is in addition to the private deck downstairs.

WiFi and two parking spaces are included with your stay.

The basement has a clothes washer and dryer that are not shared with other units.
