When William reached out during his stay, we responded within 20 minutes and worked to address every concern raised. We even provided access to additional supplies from the owner’s closet and reimbursed him for items he chose to purchase. We also issued a partial refund related to a dishwasher concern to ensure he felt taken care of. For clarity, the items mentioned in the review (such as shampoo and laundry detergent) are not amenities that are advertised with the home. We strive to be transparent in our listing so guests know exactly what to expect. We are proud that the vast majority of our guests have had wonderful experiences at the property, which is reflected in our many positive reviews. We remain committed to maintaining a clean, well-equipped home and providing prompt communication for all of our guests.

Why they chose this property

I chose this property because of the location and town. Belmont is close to Charlotte, but provides the charm of quaint small town life. There is just something so nice and relaxing about walking through Downtown Belmont that makes me smile and feel alive. Guests can walk right out and enjoy all of the amazing local shops and restaurants this quaint little up and coming town has to offer.

What makes this property unique

I love the original hardwood floors and fresh bright white walls in this cozy little home. The backyard is also spacious enough to enjoy a relaxing evening outside.
