Why they chose this property
It’s right off of I-85! Despite working in Charlotte I have an easy trip to work everyday because I skip all local traffic by being less than 1/2 a mile to the interstate. It’s a brand-new beautiful home with a fenced in backyard and has all of the modern looks desired. It’s in a quiet area with little to no traffic, while also being 1 mile from the city with dozens of restaurants and shops.
