It is located less than half of a mile off of I-85, 16 miles from Bank of America (Panthers) Stadium, 11 miles from the Charlotte Douglas Airport, 3 miles from The Gaston Memorial Hospital, and 5 miles from Caromont Regional Medical Center in Belmont. You will also be 1 mile from the heart of Gastonia’s Franklin Square that contains numerous shops and delicious spots to dine out!

-1 mile from Christmastown USA (McAdenville Christmas Lights)
-5 miles from the Charlotte U.S. National Whitewater Center
-Living room with sectional (good for extra sleep space), double recliner, and a 75” TV with Wii and games included like Guitar Hero, Mario Kart, Jeopardy and more
-Bedroom 1 has a King Size bed and a 55” TV mounted on the wall
-Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size bed and a 55” TV mounted on the wall

Enjoyed our stay. Super clean and very nicely appointed. Bed was awesome. New property so don’t let the low number of reviews in May 2026 scare you. Great place to stay for a few days or even a few weeks. Nice and quiet in the house. All furniture was very nice and very comfortable. Place is as advertised.

Why they chose this property

It’s right off of I-85! Despite working in Charlotte I have an easy trip to work everyday because I skip all local traffic by being less than 1/2 a mile to the interstate. It’s a brand-new beautiful home with a fenced in backyard and has all of the modern looks desired. It’s in a quiet area with little to no traffic, while also being 1 mile from the city with dozens of restaurants and shops.
