Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Mike is very accommodating and would rent from him again in a minute! The complex is very nice and really enjoyed being so close to Cass Cay restaurant. Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy your condo.

Very nice patio with Marina view

It's relaxing at the patio with the view of Marina. The swimming pool is a plus because I enjoy swimming. Spacious living room with large tv and comfy bed are very good.

Cape Coral leisure!!!

Overall great area to just relax. Onsite restaurant/bar, and store/market made the stay very nice. We came to relax and that is what we did. The condo is dated, but for the price it is a bargain. Had a minor issue on check in but it was resolved quickly.Make sure you bring bug spray for noseeums, they were bad by the pool. Great pool and it was heated.

So disappointed

The area where the condo is located was beautiful, but that’s about as good as it gets. Very dirty, ants, mice, pee stain on mattress protector. I could say more, but I’m sure the owner will just deny it or say I was just complaining, but I have pictures.

Dear Ms Copley, we read your review with great interest as the other guests were highly complimentary about the unit and the service. As I recall, you complained about the unit prior to your arrival. As to your claims of the other items you supposedly found in the unit- we initially thought it was an April Fool's day prank! Our cleaning service has been with us for years and are of the utmost integrity. We personally inspected the unit prior to your arrival given that you were already displeased before seeing the unit. We hope this was not an attempt We wish you well in your future travels.

Cute condo

This was a super clean and comfortable condo. Just beware of the host, who did not give us the correct code for the lockbox so we could not get in. Then he failed to respond for over an hour while we sat sweltering in the Florida heat & humidity. :( We called & texted his cell phone, messaged him via VRBO-no response! Otherwise a nice stay & we'd stay aging if he gets a Smart TV for Netflix access!

I am sorry there was a communication break down on the key code. That morning you had requested an early check in and the cleaning person was rushing to accommodate your request. We change the code after every guest for safety. Since she cleaned this unit out of order to accommodate your early check in, she texted the wrong code. It was a matter of 20 minutes to get you the correct code. You could have sat at the pool or walked the 2 minutes to the Casey Restaurant and had a cold lemonade, if it was that hot. Five minutes after you got in you complained about the tv not having Netflix. I asked you if you wanted my cleaning person to bring you a smart TV, you declined. After your stay you requested your money back from VRBO because the TV did not have Netflix. One wonders if it was just a complaint to try to get a free stay?

Relaxing week

Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect spot on the marina to boat watch and see the dock work. Being a stones throw from the trading post and bar and grill couldn’t have worked out any better. Entrance and check out were very simple and Mike was great. I’ll definitely be back!

perfect place for our sailing plans

The building is right on the marina, the unit itself overlooks the pool at the other side from the marina but as soon as you walk out of the building, the marina is there. Cass Cay restaurant is just steps away as well as the Trading post. We were in Burnt store to take get sailing certifications so being right there by the boats was extremely nice. The unit is furnished well enough that you really just need to stop at the grocery store before coming into Burnt store marina and you won't have to go anywhere else. The owner/manager is very helpful and easy to contact. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Hidden Gem

Great place for a get-a-way if you like sun, boats , music, etc. Pool area is well kept. The condo is the perfect retreat for a couple and it is well equipped. Waterfront bar and restaurant a very short waterfront walk away!

Relaxing stay

Very pleased with price, location was very quiet area with easy access to stores, restaurants and beaches. Unit was very clean. Had to call the Host/Owner the day before our arrival for the access code instructions. Being April many snowbirds had left, but told Jan - Mar are very busy.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Evan thou we change our acces codes I do not give out a code until they day before arrival. Once I gave the acces code three days early and the guest took that as permission for a early arrival. My cleaning person was shocked when they walked in on her/he ( I'm being politically correct) cleaning, thinking they they were not arriving for days. I could right a book! What was common sense is no LOnger ComeON Sense. Thank you for satying with us. MIKE

Living the Life
