We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It had everything we needed and the neighbors and Burnt Store community residences are very welcoming. We had a great time playing pickleball, golf and listening to and dancing to many good bands.

Spinnaker Club winter January stay

Gated community, pickle ball, nice marina, Ft Meyers, good location, Matlacha was fun and great food. Fishing piers . Condo owner was very helpful.

The landlord Kevin was very attentive. Condo must very clean. Lovely restaurant on the premises with good food.

WOW, what a great pool

We had a wonderful vacation at your condo. All the neighbors (residents and renters) were very friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the pool; it was almost like having our own private pool with not many others enjoying the sun and water. The temperature of the pool was FANTASTIC with it usually running about 88 degrees. The condo itself was excellent with the many improvements you had made. We really appreciated the refrigerator with ample room in both the frig and the freezer sections. The bed was very comfortable although not the easiest for us short people to get in and out. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation. Thank you.

Comfortable, lovely condo.

The condo is wonderfully decorated, furniture and beds are very comfortable. The Burnt Store Marina is a gaited community with well kept up landscaping and a good restaurant. The pool for the condo is very lightly used and all the residents we met were very friendly.

The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated the owners have taken care to make sure it is comfortable and well equipped with everything necessary to make your stay enjoyable. The community is beautiful and is gated . The marina has manatees that you can see some days

Winter Getaway

The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and roomy. Everything was fresh and new. Kevin was very cooperative and easy to work with and responded promptly when we had a question. The pool was heated and nice and large with plenty of seating and tables. The only down side is that it is very isolated and a good 8 to 10 mile drive to get anywhere. If you like it quiet, this is the place. The beaches are 30 plus miles if you want to go to a beach. There are several to choose from, but as I said quite a drive. The marina is close by if you like to look at boats, and the manatees were plentiful in the marina. The area is good for bike riding, but unfortunately we did not have any bikes.
