Let Beach Walk Lane in Sunset Island be your vacation destination in 2026!  A 37-acre private community on 67th Street with fun for the whole family...Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Kiddie Pool, Interactive Splash Fountains, Bayfront Dining, General Store, Walking & Bike Path, Fishing & Crabbing Pier & Bayfront Beaches. Guests who've stayed in Sunset Island come back year after year!

Sleeping 10, 8 Beach Walk Lane offers 4 bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms & 2 Half Baths. This three level townhouse is a quick half block walk to the Pools & Clubhouse. A five minute walk will take you to our beautiful beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Pack up the family and spend the day catching rays & riding the waves! Central A/C, Wi-Fi, furnished balconies off both the Kitchen, Master Bedroom & Living Room to enjoy the summer evenings or morning coffee with your favorite person.  

There is a bedroom for everyone! Level three is where you will find the Master Bedroom with a King Bed and Private Bath w/Garden Tub & Walk-in Shower, Bedroom Two with 2 Twin Beds, Bedroom 3 with a Queen Bed, and a Full size hall bathroom with Tub/Shower Combo. Level 1 is where you will find a half bathroom and Bedroom Four with a Queen Bed and smart TV. 

Fully equipped kitchen available for family meals and a High Chair is there for the little one.  A  Garage and parking pad provide parking for three vehicles during your stay.  An Outdoor Shower is available at the house for rinsing off the beach sand. Outdoor grill for the grillmaster in the family!  Bring the charcoal!  Pack lighter as this vacation home provides beach chairs & a beach cart for use during your stay.

Sunset Island Registration Fee:   $200 per reservation and included when booking.    This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes.  Additional facility passes are $75 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island. Children 3 & under don't need a pass.

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25.  ID is required to check-in.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  No high school or college groups, Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.

~ Empty dishwasher & put clean dishes away
~ Please leave lanyards with amenity passes on the kitchen counter. Sunset Island recycles the parking passes so you can leave in unit and we will return them to the office. ~ Have a safe trip home!

We had a great stay at this location. The little town setting was great and the house location was close enough to the rest of ocean city that everything was at our finger tips. The property manager was super accommodating and easy to work with!

The best stay!

Everything was perfect. We travel a lot and hands down, the best place we have stayed overall. The townhome was comfortable, clean and very homey….. The kitchen was my favorite along with the 4 porches! The island and people who work on the island are informative and kind. Stevi was awesome and heard terrific things about her from the island employees!John, who I assume is maintenance, was also great! Hands down, the best place. Definitely be back to Sunset Island

Awesome girls getaway

Went for a girls weekend getaway. The home was perfect for the 5 of us. We had our own rooms/space. Community was beautiful location was perfect. Stevi was very responsive with any of our questions. (Even let us stay a couple hours longer.)
