Large closets in each room along with a smart TV in each room and free wi-fi. Full size washer / dryer inside the unit. Large living room and spacious kitchen. 1/2 bath on 1st floor for your convenience. 2 car garage with excess parking in front. Kitchen has all amenities you will need for your stay. Sleeps 6 comfortably w/ room for a blow-up to accommodate 8. Close to food and shopping.
H-E-B 2 miles away surrounded by restaurants. All sports arenas within 2-4 miles.

We purchased this property for our children and they lived there one year before graduating. Built brand new in July '20 and I selected this property and specific location because the 6 units in the section are almost all privately owned and occupied by children of the owners. I selected the middle townhouse so the unit is protected by weather on both sides. I love the size, 1800+ square feet, the rooms are good size and each room has a large closet and full bathroom. The builder was smart enough to put a 1/2 bath on the first floor for easy access by residents and guests. It's a great property!

I would recommend this property because its a newer unit, it's in a great location and it's clean and has all you need! If it doesn't have something you need, then let me know and I'll make sure it's there the next time you stay.

What makes this property unique

Larger rooms, individual full baths with soaking tubs. Plenty of closet space is available in each room. There is enough room upstairs to put a queen size blow-up mattress.
