Beach Time II is new on rental market and completely renovated. Watch the dolphins from this 8th floor retreat. We are located on the west end steps from the elevator. Complimentary Beach Service included with your rental March through October, umbrella with wooden chairs.
New flooring, granite, backsplash, furniture, mattresses, vanities, and kitchen appliances. Smart TV’s in living room 50” and bedroom 32” with access to HULU, Prime, and Netflix. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need including shrimp boil pot. Sleeps six with king in the bedroom, bunkbed in hallway which closes off to rest if unit for privacy, and queen sleeper sofa in living room. There is a loveseat instead of chair for ample seating as well as additional seating at the bar. Plenty of room to accommodate six people. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Linens and towels are included but not replenished. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
The Summit is located on Thomas Drive across the street from Hammer Head Fred’s and in walking distance to Go Carts, Miniature Golf, and Arcades. The Summit offers excellent amenities. There are lighted tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, game room, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, saunas, exercise room, and walk out mat to the beach as well as many others. Children Activities, Sundry Shop, Bikini Bob’s, and Tiki Bar are opened seasonally.
The Sundry Shop has all your basic essential beach needs from bathing suits to beach towels as well as limited grocery needs. They serve deli type foods and have the best hand dipped ice cream for those hot days. Bikini Bob’s has fantastic food for those days when you do not feel like cooking or leaving the complex at great prices. The Tiki Bar has all you beverage needs.

ALL THAT IS MISSING IS YOU, YOUR SUITCASE AND BEACH TOWEL!!

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday June through August. Three night minimum other dates. Must be 25 years or older to rent, not subletting allowed. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed. $20 resort fee (parking pass & wrist bands) payable at check in.

Lovely beach front condo!

I enjoyed my stay very much! It was a great condo and the view was spectacular! Saw beautiful sunsets nearly every night. Location was perfect, it was near to everything.

Great get away!

A friend and I were over winter in MN and found this condo. It was a great place to call home for a few days. Beautiful view, clean, amenities at The Summit were great and the beach chair service was perfect. Any questions we had the owner was very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place to others.

It was great!!

We had a great time, pics and description were spot on. We were a bit skeptical about the elevator situation when we arrived but it turned out to not be too bad. Everything else was perfect and we would consider staying there again.

Fun in the Sun!

We enjoyed the stay very much! There was a lot of construction going on at the Summit and surrounding area, but that is very understandable to make the place even better. There were times that the water was turned off and the elevators were blocked off but they did a fantastic job communicating when they would be out. I would like to stay here again and bring an even bigger group

Over all it was a good stay. Nice little room. When we arrived the bed wasn't, I found some sheet but had to wash them and the comforter and the sheets didn't the bed so we winged it the first night. The next morning i contacted owner and the cleaning lady brought some more sheets, had to wash them because they had a smoke to them, they also had stains on them.

Great for a rainy week at the beach!

We enjoyed our stay here! The communication with the owner was quick and the check in process was seamless. There was one hiccup when we got there which Keith took care of immediately. This place was perfect for just the two of us! The smart tvs came in handy since we had a bunch of rainy days. The only recommendation I have is that almost all of the kitchen cookware needs updating- everything we cooked seemed to burn or stick to the pan. There wasn’t a sponge to scrub dishes, only a kitchen towel. Overall it was a great stay! We even asked to extend our stay by a day.

Dream vacations, away from our cold winter.

Condo has all you need or almost. We found the sofa-hide-a-bed, needed to be changed. Not confortable for a whole evening of tv listening. Cushions way too soft. The main elevator was not working the whole month we were there. There are two others at each end, but at times lots of guests waiting for them. For the rest the building seems to be well kept. Staff were nice and helpful. Grounds well kept. We would go back!

Awesome Condo with amazing views

What a gem!

This was a perfect vacation spot. There's lots to do within a 15-20 minute drive, and plenty of restaurants within 5 min or walking distance. We loved the condo, it was clean and the balcony overlooked the ocean without the noise of pool-goers. The elevators were quite slow, but there's nothing the condo owner can do about that. It was nice to have the tiki bar there by the pool, and the beach was so convenient and the beach chairs were an awesome bonus to not have to drag extra stuff down with us. The dryer wasn't the greatest, and when we got there all the towels were quite wet and took 2 cycles in the dryer but other than that the place was clean and the beds were comfy! Would definitely stay here again, owner was very helpful as well via text.

My kids and I had a short stay over spring break and loved our time and this beautiful condo. The weather was a little chilly but there is a ton to do around the area! Can't wait for our next trip back.

Owner of property was very responsive and great to work with condo was great with a fantastic view

Couldn't have asked for a better owner of the condo very responsive to all my questions and repairs needed during our stay. House keeping needs to be greatly improved floors were sandy and dirty, windows were not clean found crumbs and hair under cushions of the couch when trying to use the hideaway bed. Linen didn't feel fresh and we found dirty eating utensils

Great condo, very clean!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. We have rented from many other owners at the Summit before and this was one of the best. The unit was clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this unit to others. Lastly, the beach chair service that is included is a must when you have young kids. Saved us the huge hassle of setting up our own tent each day. We loved every minute of our stay! Thank you Keith!!
