Perfect Beach Getaway

The rental is a very quick walk to the beach which is not crowded and the pool which is partially shaded and a nice escape from the sun. The hosts are fantastic and very quick to respond. The area is beautiful and covered in Live Oaks and Fernandina Beach is a beautiful little town. Can't say enough good things.

The location is quite nice with a very quick walk to beach. The accommodation is similar to the photos, except the bathrooms are not as large as they appear in photos. The stall showers are particularly narrow. The long couch could use replacing. We were there in the winter and spent more evening hours inside. The couch is quite soft and the back cushions don't stay in place. Didn't ruin the stay but I would want it updated if I was going back. We were watching college football and like our together time so living room furniture is important to us. Otherwise the condo is as pictured and was very clean.

Very family friendly

This condo is conveniently located close to both the beach and the pool. Our three kids had a blast enjoying the beach and all of the amenities of the condo development. Amelia Island is our new beach, and we will continue to vacation here for years to come.

July 4th fun!

Interior of the condo was very nice. The decor was great and the rooms were clean! A bit far from the beach and the only view is bushes, vines and trees. Otherwise, good food and fun for the whole family!

Such a great condo

My husband and 4 children stayed in this beautiful property for part of spring break. We were so happy and comfortable there. Another great stay at Summer Beach!

Fantastic property a short walk to the beach and pool. Unit was very clean, fully equipped, and extremely comfortable. Not quite as large as the pictures portray, but we had more than enough room for me and my two 20-something sons. Stacie was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Check in was a breeze. We will be back!

One Stop Shop for a Great stay on Amelia

Everything as described is what you can expect and more. "The Trio" were actively responsive and engaged with us from the time (almost the moment) we reserved all the way through the day we left. They even addressed an issue that turned out not to be an issue, but they responded to our text before we discovered the answer to the question that I can't remember what it was. The rooms were spacious and 6 full grown senior adults were very comfortable. Thanks, Trio. It would be unfair to single out any one of the three.

Great hidden beach property

Love that the rental was in a gated community and had close access to the beach. Very secluded but yet access to the beach. We were there for a fishing charter for my nephew's birthday and the location was ideal...only a 30 minute drive away. Would definitely use this location again.

The townhouse was wonderful extra space to spread out so you don’t get on each other’s nerves. 😜. Fully stocked with everything you need for a great stay. Only downside if you can call it that is the showers are pretty small.

A Cozy Comfortable Getaway

The condo we stayed in did an incredible job housing our family and making sure our trip was easy and comfortable. The communication between myself and Stacie was always timely and helpful. We were greeted with easy access into the condo and a cozy couch to relax on before unpacking the family vehicle. This condo was almost sound proof which helped when the kids were sleeping and the adults wanted to play games and or talk. I will definitely make this condo a future stay for our family!
