The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, oceanfront patio access, TV, dresser, and an ensuite bathroom with a soothing Jacuzzi tub. Ideal for families or couples, the guest bedroom features 2 full beds, storage space, TV, and access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wonderful condo on the beach

This condo is in a beautiful setting that includes view of ocean and dunes. The pool is surrounded by lovely trees(still places to sun). Very great place for families wanted a great, uncrowded pool and beautiful beach. The condo was clean and well appointed for cooks like us. It was close to a great grocery store and shops.

The location was perfect. We loved being to walk out super close to the beach. The unit could definitely use a few updates, however for a long weekend it worked just fine.

Family Reunion

This condo & property is wonderful for young families! Lots of wildlife to view! The turtles were our favorite! The room accommodated our famiky of 6 well. I wouldn't recommend for older adults as the pool & beach access may be difficult with quite a bit of walking and inclined surfaces. Our family enjoyed the surroundings, tge beds were comfortable and condo was clean

It was everything that was advertised. Views of the ocean and sand dunes, beautiful. Everything worked wonderfully in the condo. Getting in touch with management was so easy and they were so responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Very Good

Our beach getaway was so nice. The weather was beautiful and the ocean was so pretty. Sailmaker 103 was exactly as described. We had an easy check in and check out, it was comfortable and relaxing. We hated to leave!

Nice stay

The condo was perfect for our family of four. The furniture was comfortable and spacious enough that we didn't feel in top if each other. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the view. The only improvements we would recommend is to clean off the patio between guest. The patio table was not clean and the patio itself needed to be sprayed off. Shampoo would also be a nice addition and if you want guests to start laundry, it would be nice to have more than one laundry detergent package.

Relaxing stay by the water

We liked that our lodging was within sight of the ocean—it was so relaxing seated on our patio listening to the waves or taking our chairs to the beach and absorbing all the beauty that is there—pelicans, seabirds, gentle waves rolling into shore…our condo was very comfortable; nothing was lacking!

We had a great stay at the condo. It had a lot of extras that made it even better. Ocean toys, beach chairs, dimmable lights - you guys have really thought through the vacation experience! Thanks for a lovely week!

Perfect getaway!

Our stay at Summer Beach Sailmaker was perfect. We appreciated the updated emails regarding check-in, check-out, gate codes and lock box code. We loved our accommodations, from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds. Moreover, the location and view was spectacular. We would highly recommend and look forward to staying at Summer Beach again.

Family Spring Break

Place was great! Clean and as described. Unfortunately it was still a little chilly to fully enjoy the pool and beach, but the views were breathtaking. The dunes gives a more natural beach vibe. The turtles were out each morning to add to the relaxed nature of this location.

Excellent condo

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautifully decorated. The property was conveniently located and safe. The beds were comfortable. The condo was very well-stocked with things you need. Contact with property management was quick and easy. 10/10 recommend this condo!

Great Stay!

• Beautiful ocean views of the sunrise • We weren’t sure we would like ground level but found it very pleasant with such wonderful views • Short walk to the beach on the boardwalk • Very few people • Patio is in the sun in the am and shaded in the pm • Lots of shade at the pool and also sun for those who want it • We had problems opening the gate when we arrived, but the owners were very responsive and there was a gate opener in the condo so we didn’t have to use the code after that initial entrance • Fun to watch the gopher tortoises walk by the patio

Birthday Vacation

Great property and perfect get away! Stacie and team did a phenomenal job communication, checking in and following up. The team also did find a charger I left behind. Process was easy, great location and unit that made for a memorable vacation. I'd rent it again in a heartbeat!

Great Fall Break Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the Sailmaker. The property is older but has been renovated. The location and proximity to the beach is wonderful! There was an issue with bedding upon arrival but the host responded and corrected the problem right away. Otherwise the condo was tidy and had all of the comforts of home.

Beautiful condo in super location!

The condo was beautifully decorated and very well appointed. It had everything we could have wanted. Despite it being on the lower level, the views were fantastic. The weather was cool but we still managed to go to the beach twice and there is so much to do in Fernandina .We went on the historical tour with Daniel. It was very enjoyable and Daniel couldn’t have been nicer or more knowledgeable.

Loved it. Older property that’s remodeled. Right on the beach. This property is ground level but is about 30feet plus elevation giving a lovely view of the ocean and dunes Mattresses and appliances seemed pretty new. Management very quick to respond to our questions. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable furniture inside and out. Our first trip to Amelia island Really enjoyed and can’t wait to go back
