Lavallette proper beach block gem! 1 minute walk to beach. 4 bedroom, 3 bath, ocean block home with gorgeous gated pool and jacuzzi, large patio with outdoor dining, grill, outdoor shower, central air, large deck and quaint front porch. No highways to cross, just a few houses from the beach. Large private driveway suitable for 6+ cars. Dog friendly. Surveillance cameras on site cover the driveway, pool/hot tub areas for safety reasons.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all trash from bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen and place in outside receptacles. Please strip all beds but leave mattress covers and quilts so same can be sanitized.
Please leave used linens at foot of washer in laundry room.
Please out of all trash and recycling ♻️ at curb before leaving. Recyclables must not be bagged. Please leave loose in receptacles. You can mix cardboard with cans/bottles in same receptacles.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please see attached lease for pool/spa/deck rules. Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am. SPA HEAT MAX 95. POOL HEAT MAX 80. 30 min max spa use-15 min cool down.
VIOLATION OF POOL RULES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF LEASE AND FORFEITURE OF RENT. ALL CHILDREN 14 OR UNDER MUST BE SUPERVISED BY ADULT.
NO DIVING IN POOL OR SPA. NO WALKING ON OR JUMPING OFF SPA, ROCK WATERFALL. SWIM AT OWN RISK, NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. EXTERIOR SURVEIL. CAMERAS IN USE.

Why they chose this property

We love our happy place in the heart of Lavallette proper. Steps from the beach, The Parlor, Colonial Bakery, the Music Man and more. No roads to cross to get to the beach and our parents liked the close proximity to NY and north Jersey. Nothing beats sitting on the porch with a coffee and a piece of crumb cake in the quiet morning, or winding down the day with a glass of wine on the deck overlooking the pool. The house has something for everyone to enjoy.
