Beautifully situated on an open hilltop with gorgeous views of the mountains in every direction, this newer home brings ease, quiet, and wonderful opportunities for both adventure and relaxation to your next escape to South Fork. With an attached garage at your disposal and Wolf Creek Ski Area only 22 miles southwest, you'll be able to reach powdery winter slopes with ease and safely store all of your gear when you return home. The interior is simple, comfortable, and newly furnished, offering a fully appointed kitchen, a dining space that's beautifully positioned in the light of the windows, and a carpeted living room with a Smart TV. Spend relaxing evenings outside on the private back porch before retiring to one of the three bedrooms - one with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom, and two with a pair of twin beds apiece.

The house was in a nice location and suited us fine. There were a few small issues but they didn't bother us too much. The kitchen faucet leaked and the box springs in one of the smaller rooms was broken but overall we were happy with it and would stay there again.

Comfortable home - attentive property manager

We loved the location, and layout of the home. It was very comfortable and easy - which made for an enjoyable stay. Lovely outdoor BBQ and breakfast table. There were a few cleaning issues that needed to be attended to, but as soon as we notified the property manager Christy - she was very attentive and came over straight away to help resolve the issues. Thanks Christy and team for having us, we enjoyed our stay :)

This house was absolutely wonderful! It was well laid out, accommodated our group well, and had everything we needed and more. Diana went above and beyond by checking on us upon arrival and throughout the trip, plus let us use her personal crock pot one night when it was needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Place

This is a great property!! It was spotlessly clean and offered everything we needed. It was close to several trails which made riding easy. Diana, the property manager checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. I can’t say enough good things! We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay!

The house was well maintained and met all of our needs. Everyone loved the jetted bathtub after our days of skiing. The ski resort was just a short drive away. The deer in the yard every day was a bonus! The only thing I can think of that might need to be updated would be the 2 chairs in the living room. The material was really peeling off, but even with that, they were still very comfortable.

Nice place to stay

We loved mostly everything about the house. It was very clean and well furnished. The house is nicely located for the area, not too far from town with great access to the surrounding area. The only drawback would be for those that like to cook or plan on cooking for the majority of their stay. A lot of the pots and pans need to be replaced. Some of them are warped and nonstick coatings are coming up, and the knives are dull so plan on taking your own.

Our family of 4 was disappointed with our stay and experience with Vacasa’s customer support. Ended up leaving after only one night. The home was not as described and only surface level clean. Definitely not newly furnished with peeling furniture and underwhelming mattresses and bedding. Kitchen was lacking and only had a random assortment of cookware and utensils. Biggest issue was with safety concerns: a missing outlet cover, singed curtains resting on baseboard heater, windows that would not fully close/lock. Seems this place would be a suitable crash pad for twenty somethings, but not a fit for families. Worst part was the unresponsive communication with Vacasa. Still working to get a refund for the two unused nights.

The home was in a great spot and easy to access, even in the dark as we arrived late. The twin beds could use some updating; the frames were broken and not sturdy. The heater units were very close to bedding and curtains so we moved them away so they weren’t touching the unit; it seemed like a fire hazard. They were also dirty. There were only 3 spoons in the house but otherwise the stay was enjoyable for our family of 4 (2 teens, 2 adults). I will also mention the trash disposal is inconvenient to drive several miles down the road and hunt for the location. It's not well marked (and not marked as all the info states) and the dumpsters were difficult to open. This property is managed by a 3rd party and if you book through the Vacasa site it is probably cheaper.
