The unit has been recently been remodeled with a new mater bath, carpeting, and furniture. The den has been turned into a 3rd bedroom with twin beds. The pool and hot tub is located steps away from our unit. You’ll love the 18 hole championship golf course. All memberships are transferred with the rental. The property is located minutes from Ft Myers airport. Fine dining and shopping located nearby. The beach is located less than 15 miles from our unit.
