Fully furnished split floor plan home built in 10/2019 with endless upgrades and 10 foot ceilings. Short term and long term rentals welcome. Long-term rentals will be discounted. Game room has pool table, dart board and TV. Fully functional laundry room within the house leading to the garage.

Extra large master suite. Master bathroom contains, walk in closet (12'x8'), his and her sinks, private toilet and walk in shower with three brushed nickel heads, including an oversized rain shower.

Master Bedroom and Family Room have three-tier glass doors leading out to the lanai that is the full length of the house.

Home comes equipped with an exterior video security system.
