Beautiful location! Owner was very kind and accommodating. House was spacious with 3 separate living spaces. One nice large gathering table outside to have breakfast or any meal. One house from the beautiful bay with a playground for the kids. Also fishing and crabbing. Super fun time!

Family Beach Vacation

Best features: * location, location, location- across from the bay beach where beautiful sunsets can be seen daily/ample free overnight parking on surrounding streets/handicap beach access up at the ocean on 7th Ave entrance *backyard outdoor space- spacious and clean/lights, umbrella, large table, fireplace, many Adirondack chairs, enclosed outdoor shower, large enough to fit all of our beach wagons, chairs, boards, and bikes *kitchens- ample pots/pans/serving bowls/platters/ice makers/ etc. Thank you!!

We loved this house

The houses have been updated and everything was clean and ready for us when we checked in. The main house is big and most of the cooking took place there. The kitchen looks new, including the flooring. All the appliances are new and fully functional. All equipment you will need is on premises. There is a large dining room and living room. 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. There is a washing machine and dryer on the main level. 2 smart TVs in the house. There is a first floor “apartment” with a fully appointed kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a smart TV.. There is a another washer and dryer in this part of the house. I stayed in the cottage which was awesome. Main level with a large living area, smart TV, dining room and new kitchen. Very well appointed kitchen with all appliances and cooking supplies. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 with a smart TV. There is a sitting area with a couch and pull out bed and another smart TV. Bathroom is on this level. Very nice outside sitting area with a huge table and new BBQ. We ate outside almost every day. Plenty of parking - 6 cars can fit on the driveway and plenty of spots in the street. Close walk to both the bay and the ocean. The owner provided 16 beach passes. Scott was very responsive and accommodating. This house is perfect if you have a large group. We did not feel packed in. I would highly recommend this property and would be willing to rent it out in the future!!

My Moms Family rented homes in Seaside in the late 1950s, my parents and my aunts and uncles rented homes in Lavallette in the 1970s and we have been renting homes in Seaside Park since the 1990s. The memories our Family has with all the cousins and friends at the beach/ crabbing in the bay and riding bikes all around town will never be forgotten, we now own our own home at The Shore and hope your family creates great memories like we have been lucky enough to have.

Why they chose this property

The convenience of being able to walk 1 block to the beach , a few feet to the bay , a couple of blocks to the shops/food/ice cream and a 8 minute bike or 5 minute car ride to Seaside Heights Boardwalk makes our home the perfect location.

What makes this property unique

The Front and Rear Cottage are perfect for large family groups and close friends and their families, Large groups of singles are not permitted , Seaside Park is a Family town and I rented homes when I was in my 20s with 18 of my friends in Manasquan , so sorry but that's not the scene in this town , Thanks !
