Welcome to Seaside Treasure, a spectacular ocean-block home with ocean views from multiple decks, a large luxury master suite, + the option to rent (Additional Fee) a separate 1BR/1.5BA apartment with private entrance for a total of 6BR/5BA.

Only 3 homes from the beach, this spacious home features ample living space to accommodate multiple families.The beautiful tiled entry foyer has stairs that lead to the large upper level. This gorgeous home has hardwood flooring throughout.

On the first floor of the main home, there are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a twin bedroom that sleeps 4 with 2 sets of bunk beds. It has a wall-mounted TV and shares a Jack & Jill bath (tiled glass stall shower) with the back bedroom, which has a queen bed, a TV and DVD player. There are 2 other queen bedrooms on this floor with TVs and each has a private bathroom—one with a jacuzzi tub shower, and the other with a tiled glass shower stall. A washer and dryer are on this level as well.

The second floor of the main home features the Living Room, Great Room and Dining Room. Large open spaces allow the family to be together without feeling crowded.
With a large flat-screen TV with surround sound, and comfortable seating, this is a perfect place to take in a movie or a show. There is also gaming table for checkers, chess, or cards. There is additional seating around the gas fireplace and the room includes a comfy sleeper-sofa and two swivel gliders. The dining table, with seating for up to ten people, is situated toward the front of the home with a wall of windows offering beautiful ocean views.

The second floor's large open floor plan allows the chef to be able to see the TV from the kitchen. The kitchen is the gem on this level with a large granite island that seats 8, gourmet appliances like the Subzero refrigerator, and a Wolf gas range. The kitchen is fully equipped for even the most discriminating chef. The dining table seats 8 also. There is a back room off the kitchen with a sofa (sleeper), love seat, and large TV. This floor also has a furnished deck.

The King master suite takes up the entire 3rd floor. This room is magnificent! The space is furnished to reflect a casually elegant tropical feel, and features a generous canopy-style bed. There is a large flat-screen TV with surround-sound for your viewing pleasure, and a private deck for taking in the ocean views or relaxing together in the over-sized chairs. The en-suite bath has it all, including a sunken Jacuzzi tub, free standing tiled glass shower, toilet, and bidet. A double vanity provides ample storage for toiletries.

Ground level: There is an apartment on the ground level with a separate back entrance. (Note that there is no entrance to the apartment from inside the main home.) The apartment sleeps 4. It has a King master bedroom with a TV and full bath. There is a full-equipped kitchen with a stove/oven/microwave range hood, pantry, and dishwasher, seating for four, a powder room, washer/dryer, flat-screen TV, office desk area, pull-out sofa, and love seat. This apartment is perfect for family members that prefer privacy, but still enjoy sharing family time together in the main house. Confirm that the apartment is included in your off season reservation.

Family vacation

This property has a wonderful location- just a short walk to the beach. The house has a great floor plan and plenty of rooms for a large family. The kitchen and living area was not only beautiful, but had lots of room for family fun!

My family totally enjoyed our time in Seaside Park. The proximity of this home is ideal for the beach. To be able to come home for lunch or bathroom breaks in a 2 minute walk is priceless. Home was spacious enough to accommodate my family, 8 adults and 6 children. Kitchen area is on the 2nd floor, so we definitely got our exercise. The grandkids loved being able to walk down to the boardwalk for rides, ice cream and the waterpark. Totally enjoyed our stay.

The house was wonderful with a great location. Importantly the beds were very comfortable.The only negative was the grill. It was too small to accommodate cooking for 16 adults. We had to borrow a friend's grill. I would also recommend having an umbrella for the outside table. It wasn't used for dinner, the sun was very strong, we had to squeeze everyone or try to on the covered deck. Thank you.

It was the perfect home to host a large family Thanksgiving. The kitchen was very nice to include a gas range and a large refrigerator as well as pots and pans, dishes and kitchen tools. There was also enough space for those who were relaxing.

Great property just steps from the beach

Getting in the house was simple and easy with the code on the door. Ample bedroom space for our party (6 adults, 6 kids). The upstairs family area was great for everyone to hang out it. We spent quite a bit of time on the balcony, overlooking the beach. Great location, right by the beach and walking disance to the boardwalk. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Seaside heights park

The place was decorated very nicely. We were quite happy with most everything. We did our best to leave it a little better than we found it. It is a cheerful place with a great space for families around 10 to 15 people. It is so close to the beach, it is a quiet neighborhood. Can't beat it!

Family beach house

Our stay in seaside park at this home was really nice. The house was the perfect size for our big family. The only small complaint we had was the room off of the kitchen; the pull out couch was broken so we couldn’t use it. And the carpet in that room is majorly stained. Otherwise, the house and location were great!

Top Notch - awesome rental.

This rental was outstanding. The house was clean, upscale, well decorated and appointed, The house is close to the beach and the layout of the house provided everyone with their own space to relax and a large area for group gathering. Each bedroom had its own, very well detailed, bathroom and a TV. The rental was one of the best rentals that we have come across in the many years that we have been vacationing at the Jersey Shore. I definitely would recommend this house for a wonderful vacation rental. We plan to return to this house next year.

Wonderful location

It’s a wonderful location. Beds are good. Property size and layout superb. We had to deal with the previous guest overload of trash, that really annoyed me. There was an ant issue. Last, for what you pay for that property it should have a little nicer furniture and painted on a regular basis. However, if your a big group and you want to be close to the ocean, this works well.

Great wedding weekend

Wow. What a beautiful location and perfect home. First of all the main house master bedroom is what dreams are made of. Second, the additional apartment was perfect for extra space. I honestly thought at first that the master bedroom was the apartment because of the size. This house was used for my bridal party to get ready the day of my wedding. I had this house for four days with my family and friends and it was absolutely perfect. If you are looking for an ideal spot to get away, have great food, access to the beach, easy drive to anywhere- this place is it. I would love to come back.

Excellent vacation home.

We rented the house Thanksgiving week, November 22, 2015 to November 29, 2015. The house was exactly as it was described in the listing and photos. The house was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. With the large living room and fully equipped kitchen we were able to prepare a great Thanksgiving feast and entertain family. The weather cooperated with us and we were able to spend a lot of time on the beach. Since the house was pet friendly it was a comfort to have our dog with us.The only downside was the open bathrooms. It took time to get use to that. There was good communication with the owner and especially with the people at Louis Shaw Style Vacation Homes. We highly recommend this house and Style Vacation Homes. It served our needs well. Great location for family get together

The home was wonderful, great for a family group. We loved congregating in the open main floor. Room for all, but never felt crowded. Basement apartment was also nice. Bedrooms and baths all as expected and no issues. Proximity to beach and boardwalk was excellent.

Great accommodations for large family vacation!

The property was as pictured! Very nice. The living space provided ample room for eating, playing, and just hanging out together. We were a group of 19, from 1 to 92! Highly recommend!

Beach week at Seaside Park

Sadly upon arrival we were deeply disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the home. Kitchen counters and cabinets were dirty; the frig had old food and spills in it, and the sofa slipcover was dirty. We had to spend the first 4 hours cleaning everything from pots and pans and dishes to sofa covers and sweeping floors. Once we cleaned the place, it was really nice. The location is fantastic, and the facilities in the home were good, as advertised. If the home had been clean upon arrival it would have been a perfect week.

Summer family vacation

House was lovely ,very spacious . All14 of us had plenty of room. Great location right by the beach. Just felt like we lost a whole day because check in is at 4 pm and no earlier. Cleaning lady left at 330 and we were not permitted in until 4 pm. House was clean but not immaculate for the time she had spent there. Have stayed at other Virbo places and place was immaculate. Could use some hangers in all the guest rooms. Neighbor next door has a big dog that defecates on the side of the house and the owner hoses it down towards our house and the smell is terrible. But all in all place was nice and we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you

Family comfort

Love the way the rooms are set up - the common area on a floor in the middle of bedroom floors. Kids were able to be up early with whichever adult got up first without worrying about where they were or what they were doing. No one spent time in their bedrooms unless they were sleeping or showering. View from balconies was gorgeous. Just what we were looking for. And master suite - AMAZING!!

Great location and beautiful, spacious home.

This home was perfect for our several families. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone. Each bedroom has their own bathroom, and the master bedroom is spectacular. The in-law suite is fantastic allowing some of the family to have privacy. So much of the home has ocean views and is especially nice sitting on the decks enjoying the sunset. The location is ideal - so close to walk to the beach and within walking distance to the boardwalk. There was plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. Having the linen service was such a bonus. We would highly recommend this home and look forward to staying here again in the future. Also, working with Style Vacation Homes was a pleasure.

Great house close to beach

This property is great for a large beach group. You will enjoy that it is 2 houses to the beach with great views from the balconies, especially from the 3rd floor balcony. The master suite is very large and relaxing with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower, also a bidet. The basement apartment worked well for my son and his girlfriend who brought their small dog. The property was clean and well-maintained; we found a few items in need of repair (bulbs, interior door, toilet part) but all were normal 'wear and tear' and will be quickly addressed. The kitchen was efficient and well stocked ( as was the apt kitchen). The chairs around the granite island in the main kitchen were a prime gathering spot! The rooms were all comfortable, those in the 2 queen bedrooms with 'private' bath discovered that the bath area had no doors, but still appreciated having their own. The 'bath' in the apt is actually part of the bedroom; there is a private half bath in the apt. which has a door. The washer and dryers ( main and apt levels) were very handy for wet beach towels. The shed was very well stocked with chairs and umbrellas and bikes - probably the best number and assortment of any rental we've done in several years). It really helped having that available as we were a large number (14) coming from various states, some flying in, so bringing those items would have been difficult. Only negative were thin mattresses on the pull out sofas in the apt. Overall a great location in a quiet area (10 min walk to Boardwalk) with numerous good features!

Spectacular Seaside Park Home

This Seaside Park was the perfect shore home for our families. The rooms and layout of the house allowed us to be together and also allowed families space when needed. Nothing was better than sitting on the balcony in the evening watching the Atlantic and having many laughs. The home is well furnished and extremely clean. The distance to the boardwalk is ideal which only makes the house even better. Working with the owner and the management company was easy and they were very accomodating. I would recommend this property to family and friends.
