The Farmhouse is a great place to stay if heading to Wilmington. The property is amazingly clean and the attention to detail is second to none. It is super close to WEC and a quick drive into town. We have stayed there before and will stay there again!
The house was perfect for us. Close to WEC in a very safe comfortable neighborhood. The garage bar is an added bonus room with a tv and a great hang out area off the family room.

Everything was great for our stay! Owner was responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. One of the nicer places (if not the nicest) we’ve stayed for horse shows. Would definitely rent again! 5 mins to World Equestrian Center.
