The primary bedroom features a king bed for a restful night’s sleep, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds — ideal for families, friends, or colleagues traveling together. The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and is stocked with plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in simple and convenient. You’ll find a gas stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glassware, crock pot, blender, toaster, and a Keurig Duo — everything you need for both short and extended stays.

The cozy main living room includes a comfortable sofa and two chairs, with end tables featuring built-in USB ports and outlets for easy device charging. Samsung Smart TVs are located in both bedrooms, the main living room, and the converted garage living space.

One of the home’s standout features is the temperature-controlled converted garage, thoughtfully transformed into a versatile second living area. We chose this neighborhood because of its peaceful, safe setting, convenient location to the World Equestrian Center, and the opportunity to personally manage and maintain the entire cul-de-sac. Being just minutes from WEC while still offering a quiet, well-kept environment allows our guests to enjoy both convenience and comfort. Since we own and manage the surrounding properties, we are able to maintain consistent standards, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout the area.
