The Beach House was simply perfect! Every detail a person might need for an overnight or for an extended stay has been thought of and put into place at this home; and it was 'home' to us for our 3 night stay! Even the very modern kitchen has an abundance of practical tools and cooking options for every level of home cooking or just reheating! For those living in the Wilmington area you need to keep The Beach House and the other properties of Heath & Trish on your list for housing for family and friends who come in for the holidays. 100% better than any hotel! For those traveling around or in this region, the distance from I-71 is quite close and well worth it for the comfort and restfulness and quiet of The Beach House! And for those coming to W.E.C. you will not find a better place to kick off those boots, grab a lovely hot shower and actually get to put your feet up on the reclining couch; a rare find in short-term rentals and NEVER in hotels! Thank you, Heath and Trish, you've created a real treasure at The Beach House!

Stayed here while in town for a show at WEC. Check in was easy, house was exactly as shown in pictures and was nice and clean. Host was great to deal with and went above and beyond to return an item we left behind. Would gladly stay here again!

Great property!

Stayed at this property while in town for a horse show at WEC. The location is perfect and the place was clean and very nicely decorated. I've stayed at this owner's properties several times and they are always top notch! All the amenities you need. Highly recommend!

Really comfortable and cute house to stay in for horse show weekend. Super easy to get to WEC facility. The house was clean and well equipped for our stay. Would recommend for sure.

Heath was a fabulous host. Speedy responses, wonderful space and loaded with amenities. The space was sparkling clean and comfortable. It is close to everything you need. I will be back.

Super clean and cozy!

Stay was wonderful! The Beach House was super clean. Worked perfect for us for a stay during a show at WEC. Very close! Great communication. This is a house with two units but we didn’t hear the people staying in the other unit once. You have your own entrance. This place was perfect!

Great experience!

The property was beautifully decorated, comfortable and complete with all the toiletries etc you would need. The neighborhood felt safe. The owners were helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We were participating in horse shows at WEC and the location was ideal for us. Just four minutes drive. We will be back!

The Beach House was amazing! Very clean, decorated beautifully, updated appliances. Everything worked well.Lots of wonderfully fluffy towels. Beds were comfortable. Televisions in the bedrooms and the living room. A delightful reclining couch. Super easy to get to the WEC. Super easy check in and check out!Will look to stay here when next in the area. Loved it!
