We really enjoyed our stay during the two weeks we were horse showing at WEC. The house was super clean and well stocked. The location is convenient to everything in Wilmington. Owners are so nice and great with communication. We would definitely stay here again.

We picked this house based on the location and price. It provided 3 bedrooms/1 bath close to Wilmington College in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It was reasonably priced, very clean overall, and equipped with basics we needed (fridge, microwave, hot shower). Our bed was comfortable; living room was cozy. We appreciated the chips, bottled water, and K-cups. We could unload car and move in/out easily since driveway is close to house and only 1 small step up. My only complaint is that the caulking in the shower is discolored. Would stay here again.

A very cozy stay. My only complaint is that the bathroom was a little neglected. Dirty mirrors and shower doors and mold growing around the bottom of the shower. Everything else was very clean.

Cozy little three bdrm house. everything worked as it should. Shower was very nice. It snowed 4 inches one night and the plow guy was there immediately after it stopped, even shoveled the walk!! Thank you we will be back.
