Cozy 2 Bdrms Condo Apt Few Steps from the Beach

Bienvenidos, enjoy the beautiful tropical beach resort in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico (Approx 25 min from Airport). Newly remodeled kitchen and living room space. Private gated 24 hr secured community with view of blue ocean. Basketball, Tennis Courts and Gym. Great for 2 couples, Honeymooners, & family vacations. Make yourself at home with this fully equipped condo. 20 Mins to "El Yunque" rainforest.
NEWLY RENOVATED POOL
A $60 fee will be applied for non-compliance with checkout (10 am). An extra night charge will be applied for guests who check out after 11 am.

****NO SMOKING OF ANYKIND NOT EVEN ON THE BALCONY. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $100 IF CONDO SMELLS LIKE SMOKE OF ANY KIND.

*Please use dining table placemats during every meal to avoid damage to table

*Beach towels are provided for guest. Beach towels are located in the basket in each room . Please do not use white bath towels for outside use. A $15 fee for any beach towel not returned. Beach chairs and beach located on 1st Fl closet marked 196 behind stairs

*Please remove excess garbage daily. Do not place garbage outside of unit entrance.

**Guests must provide all first and last names of persons in their party upon confirmation of reservation.. Only registered guests on this platform and provided to us may enter the complex. No other family, friends, colleagues, associates may enter the complex as it is very strict.

**There is a $100 key replacement fee per set lost.

**Please do not hang clothing, towels or anything else over the balcony.

*Must remove & dispose of all open foods & drinks

Note: We are not responsible for loss of power and or water during your stay due to natural occurrences or issues with utility companies. The host will not provide a refund for issues out of the host's control.

** There will be a fee for any broken or damaged items in condo.

Wonderful Experience from Start to Finish!

I had a wonderful experience! The space was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure every detail was taken care of. I felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Clean & comfortable

Perfect for our short term stay. Very clean and well furnished/equipped. It’s a very, very quiet complex with easy parking and a great location for activities (golf, rain forest, sailing and boating excursions all within 30 minutes).

This apartment was perfect for my family.of 3s week long get away to Puerto Rico ! The location was great. Very quite, right on the beach, and the 2 bed 2 bath made it convenient for everyones need of space.There are many quality restaurants in the area, as well as grocery and amenities. The proximity to both the city and the national forest allowed for us to check all the boxes for our touring wants. Host was very helpful and communicated with us well. We will be back!

Beautiful place

Luis apartment was exactly as described. Cannot say enough about how beautiful and clean the place is. Excellent location. Luis was very easy to communicate with and made us feel right at home, answered our questions whenever we had them. His home is equipped with EVERYTHING you need. Litttle things matter and this apartment exceeded our expectations. We would for sure stay here again. Luis’ instructions were spot on and amazing.

Relaxing

Daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Berwind Resort. Condo was clean and well maintained and spacious,beautiful beach that was uncrowded, grounds of the property was well maintained and our host Luis was on point with everything. Would stay again.

Great place

The place was very clean and plenty of space for our family of 4. Luis was very good with communication and place was in middle of Fajardo and San Juan. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!

We spent 4 lovely days at the property. Luis is an amazing host. He responded quickly and provided a lot of tips for things to do and places to eat. The property is exactly as described with access to a secluded beach and a pool. There is no hot tub, even though it was listed. Being outside the city made it fairly quiet, except for the the occasional roosters.

Amazing stay

This was our first time in Puerto Rico. The communication with Luis was from beginning on smooth and fast. He sent us a lot of recommendations, was always available and patient with my many questions. We loved the beach in front of the apartment but also the beaches around. There are not a lot of restaurants nearby but we either cooked or ate downtown. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean. We would definitely recommend it and come back. Thank you Luis !

Hope to come back again.

Beautiful condo! Close and easy access to beach and pool, close to the rain forest as well. The home was clean, air conditioning worked quickly to cool the home , kitchen was perfect, everything was wonderful! We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the condo it was SO Nice! The owner is so helpful and kind, we hope to revisit sometime soon.

Nice clean well kept place!

It was a great rental! As described. As prior reviewers mentioned there are chickens who will wake you up early! Though in all fairness chickens are everywhere on the island!The only thing i can suggest is to keep the bare necessity cooking supplies like salt , pepper butter etc and a few washing machine pods.The owner is super responsive and very easy to work with as well!.

Great stay but could be better

Good place and quiet neighboorhood with access to private beach. The only thing bad is on the Third Floor with No elevator so you have to lift all your suitcases 2 flight up stairs No straight view to the beach only to parking lot.

Luxury, Comfort and a great homestay

We highly recommend this property for its comfort, quietness, location, amenities, and the host. Ideally located property with loads of amenities. Instructions provided were accurate and easy. Luis (host) went beyond our expectations to make us feel comfortable. He even had Puerto Rican Coffee available for us to enjoy. This 2 bedroom condo is super comfortable and quiet. You have a partial sea view and will hear the sea/waves which is a bonus. There is a full service restaurant 200 meters away in case you want to eat out. Grocery stores are 5 minutes by car.

Beautiful beautiful place! Check in was easy! I now want to renovate my kitchen at home to be this aesthetic! The color scheme of the whole place makes it so cozy! The building itself needs a little TLC but the actual apartment looks new. They provided 2 beach chairs, beach toys, and plenty of beach towels. The walk to the beach was about 5min. There was a lot of sargassum though but that is something natural that they can’t do anything about. The pool was nice and big, very clean but no shade. The kitchen was very clean and had everything we needed- Pots, pans, utensils, toaster, and microwave. It has washer/dryer. The rooms were spacious and had TV’s in both which we liked. The only thing I would say is to get rid of some of those beach chairs from the closet that aren’t usable anymore and to provide a trash can closer to the apartments. We did have a long walk in the heat trying to take out the very heavy trash. Overall we rate it 10/10 and would stay here again.

Beautiful home!

This has been the best stay thus far! I have used VRBO before. But I was so pleased with our stay. The home was beautiful and exactly as described! Our host was very attentive and responsive. He checked in with us the following day to see how our 1st night was. I have a 8 month old and rented some baby equipment for my stay. He allowed the furniture to be brought in a day earlier so everything can be ready for my arrival. Our family was so pleased with everything. My older son was so happy to have his own bathroom and bedroom. The private access to the beach was a plus! We utilized it on our last day so we can relax. Thank you for everything and we will be back!
