21 Island Edge is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath, end unit townhome, facing the canal and will accommodate up to 12 guests.  The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to eat in after a fun filled day at the beach. All bedrooms have TV's and Free WI-FI is also provided. 

Level 1 offers a Queen Sleep Sofabed & TV, Level 2 has the Kitchen, Living Room with 2 twin sofa beds & Dining area.  Also, access to both front and rear furnished deck areas from the kitchen & living room. 

Level 3 is where you will find the Master Bedroom with a Sleep Number King bed, TV, and private master bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower, Bedroom Two with a Queen bed & TV, Bedroom Three with a Queen, and a full size hall Bathroom with tub/shower combo. The top level offers a bed and bath combo with a Queen bed, TV, sitting area, and private furnished balcony!  

Your vacation fun will never end at 21 Island Edge Drive!  The owner provides all the amenities that a vacationing family will need, such as....Outside Shower, Beach Chairs, Bicycles, Beach Cart, Stand-up Paddle Boards (2), & a Gas Grill!

Sunset Island Registration Fee:  $200 per reservation and included when booking.   This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes. Ages 3 & under do not need a pass.  Additional facility passes are $75 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island. 

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25.  ID is required to check-in.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
~ Bag up Linens & Towels that were delivered for your stay and place inside near front door, Do Not include any other items that belong to the property owner
~ Empty dishwasher & put clean dishes away
~ Please leave lanyards with amenity passes on kitchen counter. Sunset Island recycles the parking passes...you can leave them in unit and we will return them to the office. ~ Have a safe trip home!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Family Trip

Our kids loved the loft room. Front balconies were nice and shaded and back balconies had sun. I’m not a big fan of linen packages. Our family typically goes to Panama City, FL and all that stuff is included at no cost. Pool is fun and nice calm beach area on bayside.

Perfect Place

This place had all the amenities that we needed. Close to the pool, walking distance to everything. Being the end unit makes it more private as well. Extra blankets and pillows, a fully stocked kitchen and the garage was full of toys and bikes. My family loved it. We will for sure book again. Thank you to the owners who thought of everything.

Another great Sunset Island stay

Townhouse was wonderful. Well stocked with kitchen supplies and a plethora of beach amenities - cart, tons of chairs and umbrellas, sand toys, paddle boards, boogie boards. Best we’ve had in the 6 years we’ve been renting on the island. There were even bikes! House was very clean and comfortable, would happily rent this unit again.

Wonderful Experience

This was our first time staying at Sunset Island and it was the best OC experience we have ever had. Our rental home was exactly as advertised - spacious, clean, and extremely well equipped with everything you could want and more at a rental property. The place was absolutely perfect for (2) 4-person families. We enjoyed all of the community amenities including the pool, bay beach, and restaurant as well as the close proximity to the ocean beach and nearby venues like Longboard Cafe, Old Pro Golf, and Dead Freddies. Honestly, we had the best time and can't wait to return.

Summer 21 OC Trip

The house is very nice. Very clean with tons of amenities. Sunset island is a great place to stay, safe and secure. Ask questions when first checking in and when arriving. They do have rules for the facilities. Everyone was great that worked for them and the privacy is worth it.

Great Home, Safe neighborhood and Very relaxing!

Sunset Island is a gem! The gated community felt very safe and family friendly. There is a great walking trail all the way around the island. (About a mile). Three different beaches and very clean property. The home (notice I didn’t write house because it felt more like HOME) had everything you could ask for. There were lots of bikes of all sizes. Floats for the bay, sand toys, tons of beach chairs, a beach cart…they thought of everything! The kitchen was fully furnished. The bedrooms were very roomy and the mattresses were comfy. The owner was very accommodating and we are thankful that she shared her home with us. We will be staying again next year!
