Your Denver getaway is here! A newly remodeled home with 3 bedroom and 2 bath. Downstairs guestroom has a walk-in closet and steam shower! Lots of windows and bright. Open kitchen with large tv and living room. Enjoy a bbq in the fenced backyard or a drink on the front patio. 15 minutes to downtown, 20 minutes from Red Rocks and 45 minutes to the mountains! Walk across the street to coffeeshop, Joyride brewery, US Thai restaurant or to Sloans lake. ***I do have a friendly house cat that will be at the property while I am gone. He likes to go outside as well. If that works for you, please let me know.
