Bathrooms - Each bedroom has its own attached bath with tub/shower combo, plush towels, eco-friendly toiletries, and hair dryers. 4. Kitchen & Dining - Fully equipped with 4-in-1 coffee maker, Ninja blender, dishes, and seating for six. Perfect for hosting or home-cooked meals. 5. Laundry - In-unit washer/dryer with supplies provided for longer stays.

Great place to say with adult family! Furnished with everything you could ever need! Great beds, very clean, easy communication and instructions. Love the outdoor deck with gas fire and view! Basket of snacks so thoughtful! Perfect location for our trip and felt very safe!

This house was central to everything we wanted to do. It is on a busy cut through street, so the cars and motorcycles that are trying to avoid the main road can sometimes be loud, but it’s easy to get in and out of. Owners were great and very communicative- there was a slight issue at the beginning and they were great about getting right back to us. It was a great place for us to relax at the end of adventurous days.
We absolutely loved this home. It had everything we could possibly ask for in a vacation home. The rooms were a nice size with comfortable beds. The back deck was a nice place to relax and enjoy the mountain view.
The hosts provides a variety of streaming channels for the family to relax at the end of the day.
Location was easy to find and close to a variety of restaurants. Downtown was close as well. It was great to have a designated parking spot.
We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Denver area.

Great property, hot weekend
We booked this property looking for a quiet place to spend a Saturday night. It ended up being one of the hottest weekends in the summer and the AC window fan units just didn’t cool the property down enough for the infant we were with to get comfortable. We had to cancel the stay but the hosts were accommodating to that process. Wished it would have worked out, the patio is lovely!
The property was cute, but the central A/C didn’t work so the couple of units they had to keep everything cool had to be on 24/7 and were extremely loud. The couch and patio furniture had a lot of wear and tear when we showed up. However, the property managers were very accommodating and communicative. More than 4 towels would have been nice but not necessary thanks to the washer and dryer.
Spacious, inviting and convenient. Location ideal for; delivery services, walking distance of convenience stores etc. and easily recognized for ride svcs if needed. So as to not rave on and on; the home to me is best described as a 2 bed & 2 bathroom Jr. Penthouse Suite w/en-suite laundry, full open kitchen, 4 person dining, island bar w/seating for 2 (more could be accommodated), living room w/ample seating for the family, group &/or individual roaming lounger. Now let's add the front deck w/seating for 2 and the back balcony w/ample seating supplemented w/a full shade umbrella, firepit & grill. Bountiful amenities available for on property enjoyment. All areas were furnished & adorned ideally to earn the vacation home badge of honor☺. I assure you 5 days 4 nights were not enough. Either book more nights or start planning for the return (like me).

This neighborhood is where all of our college memories happened, as alumni of Regis University. Brooke lived in this unit her senior year of college and she can still feel all the good vibes from that era. There are many brunch spots just a few minutes drive away and lots of shopping and activities not to mention easy access to i70 to take you to any number of the infinite Coloradical activities this special State has to offer.
