Do you enjoy waking up with the surf or enjoy evenings spent watching the sun set on the gulf? Is convenient access to the pristine beaches of Gulf Shores on your vacation to-do list? Do you want easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options that are within walking distance of your front door? If you answered “yes” to any one of these questions, then this gulf front condominium is the perfect fit for you and your Alabama Gulf Beach vacation plans! It is one of just 88 units in the cozy Crystal Shores complex which was constructed in 2004.

The wraparound balcony overlooks the complex’s indoor/outdoor swimming pool on the west side, as well as the panoramic beach front and bay views, and is ideal for sipping your morning coffee. Relaxing, with your toes in the sand, is a mere two minutes away with nearby access to one of two convenient and very quick elevators and a private walkway to the shoreline with rinse off shower.. Along with the outdoor space, the condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a fully furnished kitchen and living area. You’ll not want for a thing!

Each bedroom features a flat-screen television, and, in the living room, you’ll find a 40-inch flat-screen TV with digital cable service providing additional channels. The dining room table accommodates six, and there is seating for two at the bar area. You’ll find the kitchen is fully stocked with all major appliances. The granite counter tops create an upscale, cozy environment in which to prepare your meals and enjoy your time at the beach.

In addition to these welcome beach side amenities that are sure to make your stay perfect, this unit is furnished throughout with artwork done by artists who have, over the years, become like family to us. You’ll see each piece of art mimics the surroundings and lends to the special and inviting environment. These pieces are what makes this condominium unlike so many of the others you’ll find. This unit’s nine-foot ceilings lend an open and airy feeling to the space. The windows that encompass the western vistas make each stay a memorable experience. Furnished with one king and two twin beds, it can comfortably accommodate as many as six with the queen-sized sleeper sofa.

The in-unit laundry room features a full-sized Whirlpool washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided as well as an iron and ironing board. The 600-thread count cotton sheets on the beds and 100-percent cotton towels are additional luxuries you’ll appreciate.

This unit has easy access to the beach and pool facilities, along with easy and convenient access to the game room and fitness facilities. The game room is equipped with both, pool and foosball tables, for your enjoyment while not on the beach. You can also relax in the hot tub, steam in the sauna, or enjoy the gulf view as you work out. Parking is $15/vehicle/stay with a limit of 2 vehicles. Parking is available in any of the non-reserved spaces in the parking area, which has both covered and open-air options.

Please note that the calendar is always accurate, and we are unable to hold ANY dates until the deposit has been received. If you wish to return again in the future we need to know those dates before returning your deposit else we presume your deposit is only for the period you have contracted with us for. We will respond to all inquiries that include a question or a request for a contract. Sorry but if you don't have a question to ask us we don't have an answer for you.

Our rates are available by clicking the “Get an instant quote” button to your right. Everything you will be charged is shown in the details. If it is not there, you will not be charged for it UNLESS you need a second parking pass... that is additional.

Simply enter the dates you’re requesting, the number of persons in your party, and VRBO will respond with availability and detailed pricing (rental/tax/cleaning/parking). During the spring and summer months, when we only offer weekly rentals and they are only Saturday-to-Saturday rentals. If the instant quote option doesn't work for you, please double-check that you’re requesting a Saturday-to-Saturday stay. We are unable to accommodate other requests at this time. Please note that if there is no daily rate posted, there is no daily rental offered. Based on feedback from one of our snowbird guests all dates are now open for all parties at all times so no one feels pressured to make a decision as that was never our intention. So if there are dates available and rates published it can be booked.

Charcoal grills are available for our guests to use downstairs, but charcoal and starter fluid are not provided. Rental chaises, as well as umbrellas, are also available from March into October and may be rented from a third-party vendor for around $130 a week. As of 1/1/2016 Gulf Shores has stated they will commence to enforce a clean beach policy so all tents/chairs, etc. must be removed by 8PM. Beach chair concessions that have a business license will have have 1-2 more years before they too will be required to clear the beach each night. This is being done so the city can groom the beach and in part to protect sea turtle nesting. For more information contact the City of Gulf Shores

Crystal Shores is large enough to offer all the amenities we were seeking and allowed us the opportunity to be the original owners of a great corner unit with fabulous sunset views.... we love being able to come down here and just let the sound of the waves wash away the stress of everyday life!

Great vacay condo!

Awesome views of beach and ocean. Our 2nd year to stay in this unit and will definitely stay in this unit again. Fully stocked kitchen, full sized washer and dryer ... not stackables like in some units; plenty of towels and cleaning supplies. Sleeper sofa mattress is not very comfortable if sleeping entire night, but ok for a quick nap. Owner is very gracious and easy to work with. Condo was so well stocked that we didn't use some of the things we brought because they had them. We have been coming to GS for over 15 years, and not all condos are as nicely furnished and clean as this one. Definetely worth checking out!

807 does not disappoint

Great location. Nice amenities for teens and up. Small to Medium sized complex - kept clean. Covered parking is nice in July. Storage for beach items on ground floor is a blessing! Condo is comfortable and has all needed items. Love the unit's western corner spot with the extended balcony. On-site property manager is great should you need anything. Hope Tom and Jane keep this unit available for years to come!

Nice 2 bedroom. Corner unit with wrap around balcony. Easy access to beach. Owner easy to work with. Nice small market right across the street for easy shopping and not have to drive. Easy parking. No problems at all. Enjoy

Sunrise AND sunset views from this unit!!

Love the location of condo, very close to town and Pier 33 is across the street! Felt like we were in a "beach" art gallery ... very cool art on the walls.

This is a corner unit so we had views of the gulf and the lagoon. Sunsets over the lagoon was impressive. Got great pics.

Master BR has sliding doors off to the patio so you can hear the ocean waves as you fall asleep. Kitchen was well stocked, just be sure to bring "Tupperware" for leftovers.

We also used the hide-a-bed to watch TV after dinner. Mattress is worn down, but bed is more comfortable that most hide-a-beds. We had a problem with the DISH TV, but it was due to our inexperience with this type of provider.

Amenities are wonderful ... lots of carts for loading and unloading. Someone from management company was always there cleaning and keeping curb appeal looking good. We are in property management where we live so this was important and impressive. Elevators were clean and fast ... never had to wait on one.

The security guard was so nice and helpful. Was comforting to know he was downstairs keeping an eye on everything.

This was our first experience using a VRBO, had always used the local rental agencies. Will definitely rent this unit again next year. Tom was great to work with and kept us informed along the way.

One of our best vacations ever ... we will definitely be back!!

More than we expected!

We've been vacationing in Gulf shores for almost 10 years, and this is our favorite condo. The corner balcony makes all the difference in the world! The owners were very accommodating and prompt with returning our deposit. We will be reserving this again next year if it's available!
