The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

This condo is in the ideal location in Orange Beach. The complex is nice and well maintained. Indoor and outdoor pools are fantastic. Super close beach access via short boardwalk private to the Summerchase complex. Actual unit was super cute, well stocked, upgraded (furniture, fixtures, smart tvs etc), maintained, and clean (could use a detailed nooks and crannies clean but I imagine that is typical for the end of a summer season). Enjoyed it so much!

Spring Break 2023

This was a quick impromptu beach trip for my kids spring break. Booking was easy, communication was great, location was great (Publix, Walmart and several restaurants nearby) and the condo was nice/clean/perfect for our family of 4. The staff was courteous/helpful and amenities were clean. Didn’t like that there was only one hot tub (indoors) for such a large complex and it didn’t allow children under the age 16 to be in it. My kids love a hot tub and couldn’t use even under our supervision. I get it… kids splash and are loud but to pay that kind of money and not be able to use all the amenities because of my kids ages was unexpected. The Summerchase definitely served its purpose for our trip!!!

Great stay! Great experience. We had a great time. Wish there was a few more amenities in the kitchen (cookie sheets, maybe a can of pam) but, I also get why not. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome Condo!

We totally enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach at Summerchase and will definitely return. Condo was clean,nicely decorated and had a great view. It was located in the heart of Orange Beach and near everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!

Clean, exactly as described, perfect view, peaceful unit

I rarely leave reviews because I’m usually not led to leave one. But this condo was just as described and exceeded our expectations. My mom and I decided to take a last minute girls trip and found this place. The view was just as the picture shows. The entire place was spotless. The air worked just as it should and kept it cool as we wanted. It’s right next door to Coastal (restaurant and outdoor bar) that we were able to walk to daily for lunch and drinks. The management team was very efficient on communication prior to the trip. They let us know via text and email we could reach out at any time for assistance. I will be saving this condo on VRBO for my next trip to OBA

Overall pleasant experience. Bathroom in master needs a better fan, looks like mold on the ceiling? And living room tile was cracked, with a rug coving it. Other than that it was a great place! Convenient and parking was great! Checking in and out was so easy!

Insufficient parking, one night came in around 11:00 and there were no spaces. Guard said it was above his pay grade. Coffee pot was broken and there was not a remote for tv in bedroom. Other than that, enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful!!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation here! The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous! Would definitely stay here again.
