Thank you for reviewing your stay! We are very sorry if you felt there was not enough seating and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our condo is decorated and furnished to the liking of the unit owner and seats 6-8 in the living area with additional seating at the dining table. Nevertheless, we will be sure to take your feedback into consideration when discussing future updates. We also apologize if it was cold upstairs. With the Florida heat, we work hard to ensure our condo is cool and comfortable for guests when they return from a long day in the sun. Our thermostat is fully functional and can be adjusted to fit guest preference. However, we do apologize if you were uncomfortable at any point during your stay. Please note that this property is not advertised as having a golf cart and the unit is photographed as is. The rental description and pictures are recent and include the stairs leading to the unit. The unit is decorated to the taste of the owner (shower curtain, dining seating, etc.), however we do apologize if it was not to your liking. We also apologize if the tram did not run as quickly as you anticipated. The tram service is a contracted company and runs every 30 minutes. Your stay was during the very busiest time of year, which explains the occasional delay. Nevertheless, we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
