Great Family Vacation!

Beautiful home. Equipped with everything you can possibly need. Plenty of room for large family to be comfortable. Beautiful pool, beautiful dock. Quiet shark toothed filled beach. Seven year old grandson collected over 1000 shark teeth! Don't hesitate to rent!

A beautiful and well-equipped vacation home

We loved our getaway in this beautiful home with an amazing pool, great view of the bay, and wonderful amenities. The gorgeous beach was just a two-minute walk away. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and hope to return!

Family Vacation at a Great House

This house was perfect for our family vacation and meet all our needs. I would highly recommend this house for anyone planning a family trip. The host and owners were very responsive and accommodating. Easy to give 5 star rating and would given higher.

Sunrise to Sunset…Best of Both Worlds!

The property worked out very well for the whole family. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything needed. The area itself is very quiet with the Gulf of America being a short walk across the street. If you’re into collecting shark teeth, this beach is the BEST! Our host was very accommodating to a few minimal issues which was much appreciated. We will definitely return.

Rare Find

This house is just that. A rare find. Could not be more perfect as a home away from home. This was our second year vacationing here and we plan on visiting again. From the beach to the pool and the bay, there were many things to keep our group busy. (including 4 energetic grandchildren). Whether we were searching the beach or fishing, we were not disappointed! TMI are great to work with and handled everything with professionalism. We can’t wait to return and the whole group is already talking about our next visit!

Great Place!

My family and I rented this place for our yearly vacation. Everyone enjoyed it! This place is AMAZING. You don't have to leave the house and it would still be a great vacation. Watching the dolphins while drinking your morning coffee is something else. But if you do decide to venture out, the beach is wonderful, and great places to eat just down the road. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect location

The house is beautiful, exactly as pictured. It is probably the best stocked rental we have stayed and very clean. Plenty of room for kids and teens to have their own space. The location is amazing. Our family spent days on the beach, rented a boat to keep at the dock for afternoon dolphin cruises on the bay and squeezed in some pool time as well. We definitely followed others suggestions to bring bug spray or cover up for mosquitos on the quick walk to the beach.

Serene and Inviting Bayfront Residence

We were two families 10 in total sharing this beautiful home. It offers many areas to spread out. Pictures dont say enough of how inviting and serene you feel inside. The large windows giving way to beautiful water views during your morning coffee and fully stocked for cooking indoors ot outdoors. The beach access a 3 minute walk across the street or the beautiful pool to soak in are fantastic. The dock at the back is great for pictures we rented a pontoon and were able to stock it conveniently. And most of all the service provided by Lesley the property manager was extraordinary. She went out of her way to welcome us and guide us throughout our stay. She is wonderful can’t say enough about her hospitality. Manasota key is a hidden gem just wish I would have found it earlier. Will be recommending this stay for years to come. I thank the owners for allowing us to enjoy their home and commend them on their beautiful taste.

We absolutely loved everything about this house and location! The short walk to the beach, having our boats out back, fully equipped house, the pool is amazing, no need to load up on beach toys and chairs bc they have it all! The home is beautiful and easy to be comfortable and feel at home and room for everyone! All of us were sad to leave this place!

I’ve been searching for words to describe this property. The only one I can find is Exceptional! Exceeded our expectation. Beautiful house, well stocked, something for everyone. We have stayed in many rental properties in Florida and North Carolina. This is the only one that the whole group agreed upon being the best we’ve ever been to and hopefully can come back to again. Fishing from the dock and the private beach were good, beachcombing was good, the pool was awesome and the grandchildren were wore out every night! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. I could go on and on about the property. Can’t wait to return!

February School Vacation Getaway - Excellent!

We booked our stay a while ago and had been looking forward to a week away from the New England winter for quite some time. There were no regrets or letdown. It's true, the pictures don't give the full experience. The grounds are immaculate - even when some of the surrounding properties are still struggling to recover from the hurricane last fall. The house and furnishings are high quality - comfortable beds, quality sheets, ample towels, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, basic fishing poles, incredibly comfortable couches, numerous seating areas, poolside furniture, pool toys.....it felt like a home away from home that was done just right. We typically spend most of our vacation hanging at the beach, walking up and down The Key on the beach, searching for sharks teeth with little time in the house. This location was great. It's a pleasant 2 mile walk all the way up to North Beach that you can do on the beach. However, the red tide was pretty rough this year (first time in a while). We were only able to a couple of days at the beach right across the street. Instead, we were pleased to have the perfect setup with the large pool and patio - hours of just sitting outside. Yes, you do get some bugs after sunset down by the pool. They aren't as bad on the elevated decks that are right off the living room/kitchen area. We spent most days with the AC off and the enormous sliders wide open to the decks. Sunrise was perfectly viewed off the back deck just to the side of the dock and across Lemon Bay. The sleeping arrangements were also great for two families - main master suite and a secondary master suite on the main floor. A two full size bed suite that the older girls slept in - bathroom with shower. Lower level was great for the younger boys - bunk room and a queen size bedroom serviced by a full bath. No complaints and I can't give enough praise. Hope to go back next year!

perfect family getaway!

Upon arrival, my group was struck by the beautiful landscaping and greenery along the drive. Pictures of the home that are listed are accurate but did not do the house justice. It was beautiful, comfortable and had a florida/beach vibe. This is exactly what we were looking for. The home was well stocked with necessary kitchen items, lots of towels and a very nice laundry facility. Beach chairs and towels were provided. Fishing poles and basic tackle were provided. The beds and linens were high quality and very comfortable. We had 5 adults and 4 teenagers. The layout of the home provided 3 different living room areas for everyone to spread out and have their own space. We rented bicycles that allowed our boys to ride the mile or so to the public beaches on either side of us. The pool area was phenomenal! The water was a refreshing temperature. There were opportunities for both sun and shade with plenty of places to lounge. The beach is also very nice. While there was a lot of sea weed in the water, we found a variety of shells and shark teeth. The beach is very private. We were one of two groups on the beach during our stay. We prefer the slower pace of this area. One of the highlights of this property is the balcony on the main level that faces the pool and the bay. We have stayed many places and this was the only stay where our group enjoyed evenings on the balcony having a drink and visiting. Just make sure you bring some bug spray. ;) We will definitely be back!!

Paradise.

This place is paradise. The listing just does not do this place justice, you have to see it to believe it. The location was prime, perfect for our family who does not like the crowds and enjoyed some privacy. The pool was amazing, and the PRIVATE beach was just a short walk across the street. We loved it so much, we are most likely booking again already for next year. We had 6 adults and 4 kids, fit us perfectly. House is also stocked with everything you need, other than food lol. Communication with owners was perfect and quick as well. Great Job!!!! Thank you.

Outstanding!

We just got home today and I wanted to write a review on this property it was amazing inside and out! The beach is conveniently a walk across the street and down the path. We loved how this house was layed out, we had 10 people staying in the house and this house is so big we were able to have our own space. We seen stingrays and all kinds of fish off the private dock and caught alot of catfish. And if your looking to find sharks teeth.....that won't disappoint either! We found a TON!!!! Several good restaurants right down the street. We had a 17 month old and she loved being out on the upper deck, the staircase was blocked so we didn't have to worry about her. So if your thinking about this property.....It will NOT disappoint!!!

A glorious week!

Our family and our elderly parents rented this house during April vacation and it was everything we hoped it would be and more! The house is beautifully decorated and so well equipped and stocked with essentials. The landscape and pool were gorgeous and we spent lots of time at the beach across the street. We rented a boat and kept it at the house at the private dock. One of ou best vacations!!!

Wonderful family place

Three families each had their own separate spaces while the shared spaces made being together easy. The kitchen area is immense and super well equipped. The pool area great for fun. The grill area and dining area very enjoyable

This is a well appointed high end property, but not stuffy or fussy. Still has that Old Florida charm that is so hard to find any more. Location is second to none- beach is across the street and the Intercoastal is right off the dock in back (equipped with a lift and fish light!). The kitchen is unreal... coming from a former pro. The Property Manager helped my family through an exceptionally tough and unexpected time. She was available (and beyond helpful) at times that only true professionals would be picking up their phone (THANK YOU -L!). If 6-stars were available...

Beautiful house, great location!

This house is amazing - definitely one of the best VRBO houses we've rented. It is beautifully decorated, has tons of space (including 2 family rooms), and has a gorgeous pool and backyard. We brought our boat, which was great because we had it at the house's dock the entire time. Private beach access is right across the street. Only problem is that there is so much tropical vegetation on the path to the beach that there are tons of mosquitoes, so we had to spray up with bug spray just to make it through to the beach. The beach is narrow, but serene and isolated. We were usually the only ones there. And there are a ton of shark teeth to be collected. Kids had a blast.

Absolutely stunning waterfront home!

Our family spent a glorious week at this beautiful home on Manasota Key. Spacious, tons of gathering areas (inside and out), great kitchen, lovely landscaping, an elevator that made the trip easier for our older family members, stunning view of the bay and a serene pool that was enjoyed by everyone. The property manager responded promptly to all questions. We had a blast!
