Welcome to Paradise! Perfect for solo adventure, couples romantic getaway, business travel, or family (with kids)

-2 blocks away from the beach, 15 minutes to LAX

-Walking distance to Hermosa Pier, restaurants and shops, grocery store, bank, salons, dry cleaning and public transportation

-Outdoor lounging area with flower garden, some beach toys

-Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube TV, HBO

-Dedicated work desk and high speed internet

-Street parking widely available and free, laundry on site



Original/updated 1920`s Single Family Beach House with patio and front yard on a walk street!

-Newly Renovated kitchen and bathroom features new countertops, cabinetry, and HVAC

-The walk street has a basketball hoop, and with our outdoor space, it`s great for kids

-Enjoy a glass of wine in the flower garden out back, or enjoy the sunset from the front yard

-Shared Laundry room is located on the left side of the guest house in the back

-Most Everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal in the kitchen

-Plenty of natural light in every room, but blinds for sleeping in



Guests have access to the entire house, yard, laundry room and any amenities or appliances included. You can access the property from the walk street or from the alley on either side of the property.

We’re about 2 blocks from the beach and less than a half a mile from the pier. It`s a quiet, upscale beach neighborhood with lots of families and retired people. There are many multi-million dollar homes. The area is known to be home of many LA Kings players. Walking distance to tons of GREAT restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores. North End Bar & Grill is a local favorite with incredible prices and food.



Walk Score rates the neighborhood `Very Walkable and Very Bikeable`, and if you wanted you wouldn`t need to drive anywhere.

-Several Beach Rental shops are less than a mile away for bikes and boards you can rent (Jeffers, Next Adventure)



-The property is technically a triplex because there is a duplex behind the house on the alley entrance, but there are no shared walls and they each have their own areas and separate entrances. Some of the outdoor flower garden is shared and the laundry room is shared.

Cozy house with nice exterior areas on a fantastic block in Hermosa. Short walk to a great section of the beach half way between Hermosa and Manhattan piers. Lots to explore all around and we would stay there again.

LOVED this home away from home!!

This was an awesome place to go and relax when not at work. It truly felt like my home away from home! It had very comfortable beds, a lovely neighborhood, and a very clean, well kept layout!! I can't wait to stay in another one of her properties in January!!!

Perfect for my kids!

If we weren't at the beach which was just a few blocks down from the house, we were playing on the walk street or in the courtyard. Had a blast. The location is hard to beat :-)

Hermosa Beach

This is a nice unit, it is a little small but was perfect for two people. There is no air conditioning. It was a little warm during the day when temperatures were near 80°. The evenings were fine. The location is spectacular. It is a short walk to the beach. It’s an easy commute into town. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. There is no dedicated parking and for the most part that was not a problem as we were often able to find a spot within a couple of blocks, but something to be aware of. Overall, this is a cute unit with a great location.
