Perched high in the Tucson foothills, this one-of-a-kind home offers truly unparalleled views — nothing behind you but the serene backdrop of desert hills and endless blue skies. Watch golden sunsets melt into the mountains and city lights sparkle from your private glass-front retreat.

Modern Desert Living with Artistic Flair:

Completed in December 2020, this custom 1,875 sq ft home was designed to impress. Built with a steel-framed red iron structure that’s exposed throughout, the architecture blends rugged strength with modern elegance. Situated on 4 private acres in a gated community, this home is truly a hidden gem. The floor-to-ceiling glass walls frame spectacular views of Tucson, the surrounding mountains, Arizona National Golf Club, and beyond.

The Master Bedroom Retreat:

The spacious master suite features plush carpet, a king-size bed, double sinks, a walk-in shower, a large walk-in closet, and a luxurious deep soaking tub perfect for unwinding after a day of desert adventure. Throughout the home, you'll find a harmonious blend of desert-modern design — featuring earthy tones, natural textures, and curated elements that reflect the serene beauty of the surrounding landscape.

Expansive Loft & Open Design:

The heart of the home is a dramatic two-story living and dining area crowned by a 450 sq ft lofted balcony. While the living area is bathed in beautiful natural light from the expansive windows, each bedroom is equipped with blackout curtains to ensure restful, uninterrupted sleep whenever you need it. Upstairs you’ll find another queen bed, a full bathroom, a cozy hide-a-bed sofa, and a quiet workspace with a desk and reading chairs — perfect for relaxation or remote work. Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with bedside chargers, making it easy to keep your devices powered up and within reach — no hunting for outlets needed

Outdoor Living at Its Best:

Step outside to the stunning patio that overlooks the entire city — your front-row seat to sweeping mountain vistas and Tucson’s glowing skyline. Kick back in the Adirondack chairs with a glass of wine, soak in the desert stillness, or fire up the gas grill and cook your favorite meal while the sun sets in vivid color.

Gourmet Kitchen & Private Setting:

The fully equipped kitchen features a large center island with a 30" electric stove/oven. Quartz countertops with silver specks sparkle under natural light. You’ll have everything you need to prepare the perfect home-cooked meal — including cookware, utensils, pots and pans, dishes, glassware, and small appliances like a coffee maker and blender. Whether you're whipping up breakfast, grilling on the patio, or hosting a cozy dinner in, this kitchen is ready for it all.

Laundry & Everyday Comforts:

Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a convenient half bath and a full laundry area — complete with a washer, dryer, detergent, and all the essentials you need to refresh during your stay. Whether you're traveling light, cleaning up after a desert hike, or staying a while, this space is here to make you feel right at home. It’s one more thoughtful detail to help make your Tucson retreat seamless, comfortable, and stress-free. Detergent is provided.

Peaceful. Private. Perfectly Located:

Whether you’re here to hike Sabino Canyon, drive up Mount Lemmon, or explore Saguaro National Park East, you're just minutes away from Tucson’s best outdoor adventures. You’ll also find local dining, shops, and attractions close by — or simply stay in and soak up the peace and quiet.

Wildlife Wonders of the Sonoran Desert:

Surrounded by natural desert beauty, the property offers frequent sightings of local wildlife — from deer, jackrabbits, and javelinas to roadrunners, bobcats, and curious rabbits. It’s also a bird lover’s paradise, with vibrant desert species visiting daily.

Tee Off in the Foothills!
Arizona National Golf Club Just Minutes Away:

Golfers, rejoice — you’re less than 5 minutes from one of Tucson’s most stunning desert golf experiences. Located just down the road from this Saguaro Sanctuary, Arizona National Golf Club offers a championship course that winds through the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains, with dramatic elevation changes, desert terrain, and jaw-dropping views on nearly every hole.

Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just looking for a fun day in the sun, this course delivers. Tee times are in high demand, so we recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance — especially during peak season (October–April). Morning slots offer cooler temps and golden light, but afternoon rounds let you enjoy Tucson’s iconic sunsets from the fairways. This is more than just a golf outing — it’s a chance to play in one of the most scenic and well-regarded public courses in Arizona. Don't forget to swing by the clubhouse for a drink or a bite afterward!

Locally Managed by Tucson Natives:

Your stay is hosted by Zach and Erika, a husband-and-wife duo who were born and raised in Tucson and are passionate about sharing the magic of “The Old Pueblo.” Upon booking, you’ll receive access to our exclusive Tucson Guidebook — full of curated recommendations for restaurants, galleries, hikes, and hidden gems only locals know.

Come experience Tucson in a home where every detail has been carefully chosen to make your stay relaxing, inspiring, and memorable.

Phenomenal

The house was wonderfully comfortable and the view was out of this world. I could not get enough of it. It was great to be close to Arizona National Golf Course. Wi-Fi was super-fast and reliable, so I was able to work seamlessly. Most importantly, the host was super responsive and kind and helped me with all my questions. I will stay there again and again.

Terrific Tucson

Our March one month stay in this private and peaceful contemporary mountain foothill home was wonderful. The house was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The property is surrounded by amazing cactus, three mountain ranges, some snow capped and looks out to the south over the desert valley. Jeanine, the property manager was truly beyond first class, offering welcome knowledge on the home, infinate dining recommendations and shopping tips. She is definitely a people person and went above and beyond, making our trip that much more special. The 24 hour manned gated property was a perfect place to relax in total peace yet was only 4 miles from groceries and restaurants. Downtown Tucson is an easy and stress free 30 minute drive away. We loved our Arizona experience at this classy hillside architectural beauty. Wendy and Ron

Month of fun!

We stayed at this property for a month. What a fun time we had!!! The location was perfect for patio sitting and heading out on adventures. We cooked in a wonderful kitchen. We found so many activities to do but always looked forward to getting home to relax and watch the most wondrous sunsets!!!!! And we had so much fun! The house was clean and comfortable and the responses from Jeanine was always prompt and helpful. All went so very well this month. Thanks so much to owner, Bill, and manager Jeanine.

Best view we've ever had in Tucson

We are "all about the view" and the view from this property is amazing: 180 degrees of several mountain ranges and the city. We enjoyed sitting outside in the late afternoons (when it was warm enough) but sat and watched the day begin - and end - from inside. The wall of windows means the house was always flooded with light. Owner and property manager were quickly responsive to our questions and requests. We cooked at home often during our month-long stay: nicely appointed kitchen and top quality pots and pans.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful property

Bill and Jeanine were so very pleasant hosts. Our goal was a kitchen that allows us to cook for ourselves and a location close to challenging hiking trails—and this property accommodated both. You will love the view and the spacious living areas.

Tucson Chalet House

First of all the house itself had a magnificent view of Tucson and surrounding area. The property was well stocked with essentials and the house itself was fairly new and up to date. The issues we had with the property were related to safety and security of the house itself. During our stay the house was broken into and we lost over $1300 worth of personal belongings. Apparently the thieves got entry through a back door to the garage which had a malfunctioning lock. We came back from an outing and noticed a screen on one of the sliding glass doors had been dislodged and then on further inspection found several items missing. We contacted the property manager who contacted the owner who did replace the lock the next day. However when you are expecting a relaxing vacation home and you end up with a violation of your personal space we didn't feel safe in the house again. The house has expansive windows and did not have functioning window coverings so you are exposed to whomever that can see into the house at all times. We asked to be able to leave early( we had already stayed 10 days and were looking to leave 2 days later) and get a refund for the remaining two days. The owner refused any compensation and their only response was "sorry for your loss". Because of our loss of personal property and sense of security I thought it would have been perfectly reasonable to get some reconsideration however none was forthcoming. I would not recommend staying at this location if you value security and an understanding owner....

Amazing View!

This location was as good as it looks in the photos! We all hope and pray the house looks as good in person as the photos when we make a reservation. And in my travels and many rentals I would say it's 50/50 that the photos live up to the reality. But in this case it does. And some. Great two + weeks in Tucson.
