Large pool, spa. Gas grill. Organic garden and fruit orchard, gardener included. Secure, gated. Air conditioning. 3 bedrooms (K, Q, Q) plus Den with smaller sleeper sofa (Full) & a fully separate 'casita' with double bed (no bath) or can be used as office or game room. Fully stocked house/new supplies each guest. Montecito is a magical place to relax. Montecito Union School District is rated 10! Open to 30 days min to long term lease - furnished. Pets ok but must please disclose and cover pet fee per stay. Heated pool.
