Nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et cuisine et salles de bain en granit. Fraßchement décoré, 2 chambres BR / 2 BA rez de chaussée avec une douche à l'italienne !! Il y a un lit king size en traßneau dans la chambre principale avec un nouveau matelas en mousse et un lit Queen size en fer forgé dans la 2Úme chambre. Les deux chambres ont des salles de bain complÚtes connectées. Canapé en cuir et causeuse.

L'unitĂ© 113 est Ă©quipĂ©e d'une connexion Internet sans fil, d'un Ă©cran plat LCD de 42 pouces dans le salon avec lecteur DVD, de Netflix, de tĂ©lĂ©visions dans les deux chambres, de DVD, d'un grand choix de romans brochĂ©s et d'un coffre Ă  jouets de plage pour votre plus grand plaisir. À quelques pas de la piscine, bain Ă  remous et de la plage. La piscine est chauffĂ©e toute l'annĂ©e .. Des barbecues, une salle de sport et un belvĂ©dĂšre situĂ© sur ce cĂŽtĂ© ouest prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© de la propriĂ©tĂ©. Un responsable local fournira un excellent service et aidera Ă  rĂ©server plusieurs unitĂ©s Ă  Island Princess pour des rĂ©unions de groupe rĂ©ussies.
Service de plage quotidien avec 2 chaises "GRATUITES", un parasol et un accompagnateur (mars-octobre), ainsi qu'un espace de stationnement couvert réservé.

Condo was very clean with nice furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. It is a short walk to the pool and beach. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. There is a beautiful shaded sitting area with a large fountain just outside the condo entrance. Handicap parking is available near the condo. Condo owner and housekeeper were friendly and easy to communicate with. We hope to return next year to this condo. It was a five star vacation-beautiful weather and a beautiful condo.

We had a great week at your place even though we couldn’t see the beach and ocean from our patio we could still hear the waves. The short walk to the beach and pool was great and the beach service was amazing. The condo was very nice and clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Beachside oasis

The beds were super comfy, extremely clean, very well maintained. Pool was clean and warm. Chairs and umbrellas being available and complimentary was a game changer! Would stay here again.

Ground floor, quiet, clean, nice decor, close/very short walk to pool, hot tub and beach access. Perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle! Well appointed kitchen, bought some groceries and we were all set for the week. Great bed linens and bath towels. Felt like home, thank-you.

We lucked out with really great weather for our week trip! The condo was exactly what we needed with everything you could want from spices in the kitchen to beach toys. Pool was heated but a little crowded. Not a ton of food options within walking distance, but a short car ride gets you to more. Overall a really nice stay

Perfect Condo Beach Stay

This property was perfect. Exactly as listed, and steps away from the beach. It was clean and felt like home. Craig was in contact as soon as I sent a message with a question and was absolutely the nicest. We will be sure to stay here again. It was a perfect beach vacation for our family!

Great condo!

It was clean and a very nice condo with nice storage..it had a pantry in the kitchen and a closet in the hall to store things. The Queen/full mattress isn’t very comfortable though. Would definitely stay again!

Not one negative thing to say!

If you have the chance to book, do it! You will not regret it one bit. We were coming for a week with 3 adults and our 3 and 6 year olds. Craig was so easily accessible with questions and when we got there, we were right inside. The condo is right next to the covered parking so it wasn’t a long walk. It was so convenient being on the first floor and my kids loved the water fountain in front. When we got inside, it exceeded our expectations and the online pictures! Everything we could have needed was provided in the kitchen and it was so clean. The rooms were spacious and clean as well and that is the first thing I check anywhere. Being on the first floor, we were able to walk out the patio and have a short walk to the pool and beach. The chairs and umbrella being set up was such a perk. The location was by some great local restaurants which made it easy to get to and avoid the traffic. I could go on and on but I’ll leave it at, if the condo is available during your vacation time, BOOK IT! Except when we plan to be back haha!

Great condo

We had a great trip and cant recommend booking with Craig enough. Room was clean, beds comfy, well supplied kitchen which lets be honest is super rare. Location of condo was definitely a fav for us, just steps from the pool and beach access. Covered parking not far from room so you dont have to haul all your belongings far! Already thinking about booking our end of the school year trip with him!

Comfortable condo

We had an excellent stay. The pool really is steps away and the beach a couple more steps. This is first floor and the view is the dunes, but we were fine with the view. Pool is cleaned every morning. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. Covered parking was nice. Clean

Owner very responsive

Very clean condo. Easy walk to pool and beach. There are a few steps to get to the beach. Only negative would be could not see beach from condo. I knew this when I booked though. Would definitely rent again.

Great stay!

We rented this condo for World Series for my daughter and it was amazing! We loved the fact that it was on the ground floor because it made it so easy to carry our things in and out. The condo was clean and matched the listing perfectly. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Very beautifully decorated. The pool was so close to the condo and was kept very clean. Easy access to the beach and easy to rent chairs and umbrella. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

Took our granddaughter to her softball national tournament. Perfect location.... close to everything we wanted to do! This condo is on a quite road with minimal traffic! I wanted: Clean condo ✔ Hot water and comfortable clean beds✔ Ground floor✔ Nice pool✔ (30 steps from the back patio) Beach side convenient✔ (40 steps to the condo's private boarwalk to the pure white powder soft sand)✔ 2 chairs & umbrella daily reserved ✔ Covered parking reservered spot✔(a vehicle was in our spot #113 until Tuesday evening) I would not hesitate to stay in this beautiful condo again! Loved arriving and hated to leave!
